I am a proud woman who grew up with michael and the Jackson 5 I have much love for his family and may god continue to keep his angels around them.

Anderson,

I would like to send our condolences to the Jackson family. No words can be spoken or written to articulate the contributions he made as a humanitarian that touched the lives of so many people. He will be missed and loved for eternity. Jason & Yulia Gervais

Anderson cooper, you are the best. I watch you everyday. God Bless you.
Michael Jackson's memorial service was very moving. My condolences to the entire Jackson family.

rose l   July 7th, 2009 6:39 pm ET

hello anderson and everyone,

I watched the entire memorial service. I think it was remarkable. I am so sad no one could help Michael before he took that last drug.

I have not watched any memorial since Ronalds Regans Funeral, Regans and Michaels were a close 1st and second. Thank you for your friendly coverage of a World Icon.

Hopefully his children will have a talent and carry on his legecy.
Thanks again.

Mr Cooper

I have always admired your show Anderson Cooper 360. But i am annoyed with your comments concerning Michael Jackson. Perhaps
you are just doing your job as a newscaster. However the news you report on this event is it factual? Do you truly know of his private life?

m. coke   July 7th, 2009 6:57 pm ET

This Memorial Service was excellent and emotional. I was so moved by the song rendered by Michael's brother Germaine and the other song by Usher. Tears came to my eyes after their rendition as well as the message given by Brook Shields,
The whole program was well done in such a short time. I wish to give praise to Ken Ehrlich for his wonderful work. Thank YOU for sending Michael home with such a fitting tribute.

Kelly   July 7th, 2009 6:58 pm ET

Al Sharpton’s comment to Michael Jackson’s children: “…was nothing strange about your daddy, it was strange what he had to deal with…” made me cry very hard...

Sylvia S   July 7th, 2009 7:15 pm ET

What a precious child (Paris) speaking from her heart. May God continue to bless these Angels.

Annie Kate   July 7th, 2009 7:32 pm ET

This clip is heart wrenching, especially his daughter saying good-bye and his brother Marlon. Marlon shared one anecdote on the shoes – just think how many more there are. I feel for their loss.

Miranda   July 7th, 2009 7:35 pm ET

It broke my heart as I have lost my own Father!

Marie   July 7th, 2009 9:33 pm ET

This was a beautiful memorial service. I could see Marlon as a Reverand one day. He spoke spiritually from the heart of memories.
They are a loving family. I had tears in my eyes watching them gathering in a circle on stage to give each other one big hug. Along with Michael's children in the loss of their Daddy.
God Bless the Jackson family.

Dianne   July 7th, 2009 10:26 pm ET

Since the memoral service ended you have never showed the Humanitarian award that was given to Micheal by the House of Representatives in your loop. What's wrong with you people? Show the world what she said. It is important!!! Da! You dont have time but you for years had the Nancy Graces of America given plenty? We want to here her speech on the Constitution of the United States of America!

jacqueline torres   July 7th, 2009 10:33 pm ET

Michael Jackson was truly the King of pop and i will always remember him for his music and for the love he had for his fans rest in peace Michael we love you

Jessica   July 7th, 2009 10:35 pm ET

Only a person who has lost a loved one can really feel the loss and pain of others going through the same thing, I lost my brother 1 1/2 year ago and it hurts alot and you miss them always. But, I resolved to make peace with God over the loss and keep his memory alive. I think that Michael's family did a great job of bringing his life to light. Kudos to them all. My thoughts and prayers are with you all!

The Memorial for Michael Jackson was done with the utmost of Care and Respect that he truly deserves. He is more than the King of Pop. The difference between Michael and others is that he goes Above and Beyond using his heart and his compassion as his guide. Thanks to Michael and his love of life, many people have been helped. I have watched him grow up and I will also Love and Miss him and will always keep him in my heart. To me he'll always be here. My prayers and thoughts are with all of the family in their time of sorrow and I know that God will get them through

Anusha   July 8th, 2009 4:52 am ET

what a great pop king we miss??????????????. MJ you will never die in my heart. And my heart goes to the children who lost their dad. I can understand how are the feelings because I lost my dad when I was young.

Mario Morin   July 8th, 2009 9:06 am ET

Dear Friends.
There`s no doubt in my mind that MJ was very special. One of a kind.
When you have people like the Mandela`s,the King`s,songwriters like S.Robinson and Stevie Wonder sharing and paying tributes,it talks by itself.MJ was a masked super hero.Inside the superstar lived a great humanbeing,a true child of America. With michael, everything was possible. He was the incarnation of the american dream.
Thanks for reading me.
Mario from Quebec.
