A sling with the official seal of the State Department ! wow, that's a novelty and it's suits her. I wish the press will cover her work more what they do now. Best wishes Hillary!

i wonder if that sling is regulation government or if Hillary did it up special? Its cool – I like it! Hillary seems to really like her job.
