Hope Obama can warm up our relationship with Russia. It still seems a bit chilly from the Cold War that lasted so long. Russia would be a good ally to have given the trouble in Afghanistan, Pakistan, etc. as Russia might grant us transportation rights for shipping supplies, etc. One of the chief ways to be a good ally to Russia is to weigh the impact to Russia of anything we are going to do in their neck of the woods and be sure they are informed of it before and not after and that they have some say in anything that might cause trouble along their borders.

Why has no one @CNN noticed that when the russian PM and Barack Obama were being greeted by the russian recieving line that the dignitaries in that line did not shake Baracks hand even though he was in front of russia's PM with his hand extended. The members of the recieving line did how ever make sure they grasped
the hand of their PM. Is this a diss or what?
