He touched many generations and I wonder how our reality would have differed without his presence. Are not all active seeking minds beyond the norm. But I find the media affected world perception of the man on many levels - catapulted him to stardom but also tore his life apart, as did the many pressures and the lawsuits. I am curious to know whether the boy who is now adult who stated Jackson molested him was actually telling the truth, sad and horrifying if Jackson did, but also sad and tragic if Jackson did not as it effectively ruined his career. Regardless, I have yet to hear those who actually knew him say a negative comment about Jackson. I grew up along with the Jackson boy in to a man as I was born a year earlier, and his influence was in my life throughout my life. I can put aside the bizarre as I sit and listen to his music - his contribution to music cannot be denied. I hope he is in a peaceful place. If he accomplished one act of kindness he gave what wasn't there before.
