Fans across the globe continued to mourn Jackson today, six days after the 50-year-old singer went into cardiac arrest.

Michael Jackson’s will from 2002 was filed in a Los Angeles court this morning. His mother, Katherine Jackson is named as legal guardian of his three children. Debbie Rowe, the mother of his two older kids was “intentionally omitted.”

What does it all mean? Do you have questions about what happens to Michael Jackson’s estate – valued at more than $500 million?

Send us a text message with your question to 94553, and you might hear it on air!

The message MUST start with the letters AC, and then a space, then your name and question. If you do not include AC first with a space, we will not receive your text.

I have been anxiously searching for the comments of the dancers of the MJ rehearsal as was mentioned in last night's CNN news by AC, but find none. Please help as I was really looking forward to reading the comments of the traumatized dancers upon hearing of the death of MJ the next day.

AC – during your program last night one of CNN's reporters commented that the second autospy of Michael Jackson, by the family, had been completed. He questioned why the family has not yet released results. I object to this! It is my understanding that unless the death is related to a criminal investigation or a public health concern, the reason for death does not have to be released to the public by either the medical examiner or the family. Although there are now geneology sites advertising that they can get you copies of death certificates, a certified death certificate listing the medical reasons for the death can only be released by the State when you can prove your relationship to the person who has died. I know this first-hand because I needed my mother's death certificate and could not get it unless I could prove my relationship. We should be entitled to some privacy – even in our death.. Thank you, Ruth
(I apologize for posting this twice but I'm just learning how to get messages to you...thanks)

Since Michael enjoyed having his children around him so much, where were the children at the hour of MJ's death? Why would Mrs. Jackson have to buy sleeping bags for the kids when they have so many rooms in the "compound"? Who all lives at the compound? How many cousins are there? Since Marlin got most of the beatings when they were growing up, whatever happened to Marlin and how does he view Michael's death? Is Joe Jackson still part of the Family Trust? Does he make an income from the Family Trust? My heart goes to to Mrs. Jackson having lost her baby boy. I'm so sorry. I can't help to think that Joe ran Michael into the ground. Way to go Joe! Was it worth it? I think Michael was very courageous to try and live the way he wanted despite world critics. He was a great artist and I'll miss him too.

Maria Fonseca   July 1st, 2009 3:59 pm ET

In hearing the 911 call my first thought was:: Why didn't the caller say it was Micheal Jackson he was calling the emergency about !!

Brigid Radford   July 1st, 2009 4:09 pm ET

Why wasn't Michael able to (or willing) to find competent medical help to treat his insomnia? Insomnia is terrible and I myself can't sleep without taking standard sleeping pills. My doctor is working with me to figure out what hormonal or body chemistry imbalance could be the cause. Is it possible that standard sleeping pills did not work for MJ? Is there a sleep expert out there who can address this common problem? Why wasn't Michael more open to Deepak's approach for overcoming a sleeping problem or didn't his approach work for Michael?

Bill Mitchell   July 1st, 2009 4:21 pm ET

The incessant coverage of MJ by CNN has aproached the level of intractable nausea. Enough already!

Grace   July 1st, 2009 4:25 pm ET

Who makes up or is part of MJ's Family Trust? Does this mean Joe will get some of MJ's money. I sincerely hope not. He is an evil man. Also, I like the idea of having Neverland like the next Graceland, but didn't MJ say he never wanted to go back there? There was a certain "innocence" to that place that got taken away during the trials. Maybe in his death, Neverland can be resurrected to what MJ always wanted it to be – a happy place for him, his fans, and now for the world.

Karen   July 1st, 2009 4:27 pm ET

We were told that MJ did not allow children in his bedroom nor any staff.

If he was getting Deprivan than that makes sense. Only Dr. allowed in his room.

This Dr. needs to be called on carpet to answer these questions.

I heard Deprivan was found in his home.

mary   July 1st, 2009 4:31 pm ET

why didnt the people in this home helped him out the doctor of
micheal jackson why didnt anybody notice.the should of rush him to
the hositipal on wednesday and someone should of kept an eye on
him he would be ok today and alive.i will miss him very much is
was an wonder person just by looking at him.drugs he was taking
whoever give it to him should be charged they just killed a singer pop king of the world he should of lived he wanted to live for people not
to die i hope justice comes whoever did this to micheal jackson

Delilah   July 1st, 2009 4:32 pm ET

Why are you so obessed with "dirt" on Michael Jackson??? Why are you not talking about the Goodness of this man, like the 35 charities he belonged to? I use to like your show, but now I refuse to watch you and so many others are saying the same thing!

marina andersson   July 1st, 2009 4:36 pm ET

Michael Jackson will be missed forever, he was a remarkable, gentle, kind person. If the rumours are true, about the doctor taking 30 minutes to call an ambulance, then this is horrible. It is common sense first thing you do is call 911, no matter what. I can't stand this, I wished Michael Jackson was still here, I feel so much for his famly and what they are going through. Michael left them too soon. My hearts go out them.

marilyn tate   July 1st, 2009 4:48 pm ET

In my medical experience(a former ccu nurse) Cardiologists are do quite a bit of yelling and screaming out orders -in an uncontrolled setting involving a cardiac arrest- involving someone as young and famous as Michael Jackson- ...that 911 call seemed quite sedate .

Hunter   July 1st, 2009 5:23 pm ET

Mr. Cooper:

Question:
Would it have been more expedient for Murray to dial 911 immediately upon discovering Michael in medical crisis and leave it to 911 professionals to "find" the home. I believe 911 Dispatch would have "figured" it out much faster then Murray by simply calling any LA media office? That's what 911 is for...they're really quite resourceful and training for such matters. Conrad Murray told LAPD that valuable time was losted while attempting to save Michael's life because Murray did not know the physical address of his most famous client in the world? Does that explanation make Murray sound like a charleton or quack?

Mitch Fleitz   July 1st, 2009 5:44 pm ET

I need to get on this band wagon. Mr Jackson contacted me after learning I invented a do it yourself Dipirivan sleep kit and I was looking for investors. May I have 15 mins.

penney   July 1st, 2009 5:46 pm ET

AC – Why would the Cardiologist that was with Michael do chest compressions when Michael still had a pulse? My understanding of CPR is that if the patient has a pulse you need to focus on maintaining an airway and getting oxegen to them. Also, if a drug or opiate overdose was suspected, aren't there drugs that could have acted as an antidote. I believe an article I read mentioned a drug called Naloxone which is very effective in an overdose situation. Lastly, did the doctor check to see if the pupils were constricted, which is a sign of an overdose? Whatever kind of doctor this guy is, I would not want him treating myself or my loved ones.

LP   July 1st, 2009 5:55 pm ET

I still question the ethics of Dr. Murray, paid to be a friend or doctor losing ethical awareness beyond negligence. He has to be a complete moron not to know his patients wellness was in jeopardy. A cardiologist getting paid 150K not to have a difibulator on hand is a large liability. MJ lierally gave his life to the music business when he suffered from the stage fall and pyro accidents. I am saddened he didn't get the help he truly needed, he really was a God gifted musical genius and talent.

LP   July 1st, 2009 6:18 pm ET

Lets not forget the hand the greedy London promoter had in all this. Booking all those shows back to back like that. Mj carries the largest production on the planet and that caliber of tour would be difficult on someone who is young and healthy let alone trying to make a come back. I fault them for putting such enormous pressure on MJ for their own self serving purposes.

LP   July 1st, 2009 6:23 pm ET

AEG Live are vultures

Nicole   July 1st, 2009 7:07 pm ET

The 911 phone call that was made for MJ, how come no one ever said his name? And if his personal doctor was a so-called doctor, then shouldn't he have known the give CPR on the floor and not a bed?? And when asked if the doctor witnessed anything, he completely avoided the question and just told the ambulance to hurry up...

Jeanne   July 1st, 2009 7:26 pm ET

All this about MJ? Really? What if we put all this energy and passion into changing our world for the better? Perhaps we can get excited about seeing the starving fed, the oppressed set free, the marginalized lifted up. Here’s an idea, instead of spending $5 on a stuffed animal or candle or flowers to memorialize some piece of the earth we use that money to make a positive difference in someone’s life.

Barbara Baldwin   July 1st, 2009 7:34 pm ET

While I am saddened that Michael Jackson is gone, I am glad his music will remain. I am horrified that his father is so cold!I pray his children will go on to lead happy lives with love around them.
I think AC 360 has handled all coverage well- I hope people who loved Jackson are allowed to Grieve, before the lawsuits and media scrutiny get out of hand.

Thanks Anderson, for your compassion, and care in coverage.Barbara B

Sadia Islam   July 1st, 2009 7:44 pm ET

stop worrying about why his skin color is white. he had a skin disorder. DEAL WITH IT! what happen to "what matters is what is in the inside, not outside. inner beauty" i agree with some comments below lets talk about the good things he did in life. who cares what he did with his nose his straight hair blah blah. the man is dead lets speak good of him and good things he did throughout his life. god bless you michael. tune out the bad things they are saying.

Renato Noveletto Machado   July 1st, 2009 8:42 pm ET

Last night, during the interview with the nurse that thewarning Michael Jackson about the risks of atken those drug you are almost to justified its you are an example for us all. Not only professionally speaking, but as human beings.
We must always act with respect and education. Therefore AC360 ° is so successful. And for tonight I'm sure, You'll bring us this evening with latest and the most recent and reliable information on the death, the will and the latest omenagens that can be given to this great man who was Michael Jackson.
(I apologise for my bad english)

christine fournier   July 1st, 2009 8:42 pm ET

How long does this powerful drug they are talking about stay in the system. Could this drug show up in the drug test? Is this why there was such a long time before his dr. who was with him waited so long to call 911 and is this why he had Michael on the bed and not on the floor doing CPR. Could be that he knew all along why Michael was not breathing. So many unanwered questions.

Linda   July 1st, 2009 9:05 pm ET

I am very sad for the death on Michael. I pray for his children, pray for the best for them. I read on a local newspaper today in my country, that Jordan Chandler, the kid who accused MJ of sexual abuse said that it was all a lie that his father told him to do it, because they needed the money. He says he is sorry for doing it. I would like to know if this is true or not, I've been watching the news all day and haven't heard anything about this. Do you have any information on this??
Thank you. Linda

Bagu   July 1st, 2009 9:11 pm ET

MJ's death was karma, pure and simple.....and his family squabbling over his estate and children.....typical, and not suprising.

Barbara   July 1st, 2009 9:18 pm ET

There is much speculation about Michael Jackson and drugs actually causing his death.

Is it not possible, since he is said to have had Lupis that he was "overconfident" about his physical abilities and tested them too much?

Many 45-50 year old men have made the mistake of thinking they could do as they did 20 years ago. Those are even people with much less severe health problems and much a much less stenuous occupation. The years of 45-50 are known as "fragile" years especially for the male sex.

Willie Fields Jr   July 1st, 2009 9:19 pm ET

I am sorry that MJ had to leave this world in the manner he did, medical or otherwise. He is far better off now than with those who surrounded him, As for his father, he is a disgrace to the meaning of a father. RIP MJ

lanray   July 1st, 2009 9:19 pm ET

I am so sick of this Michael Jackson stuff - bury the man and let's get on with life. He made NO impact on my life and certainly should not be considered a role model for anyone - a real freak! Please stop all of this media blitz - he is NOT a God. Actually a pathetic, insecure person who really screwed up his life and so many others. Just bury him and let' s move on.

Dennis Macintire   July 1st, 2009 9:19 pm ET

DMAC AC propofol is approved for use in more than 50 countries. it is commonly use in veterinary medicine.MJ surronded himself with exotic animals.IF he used it to sleep the people around him including debbie rowe may have had access to that product.

andra johnson   July 1st, 2009 9:21 pm ET

How sad is this media circus surrounding michael jackson's death, especially since he shuned the media and did not like all the madness and negative attention. now they want to take his life and make a circus out of it to boost their ratings. i am so tired of seeing the mess the media is making of this man's death. have some respect for his life, his legacy and his family and let him rest in peace. If you ask me the media is what help play a part slowly over the years in his death by not giving him or his family any privacy. can you imagine how miserable and awful he must have felt not being able to go outside his door or have a moment of peace or privacy? everyone deserves to have some peace in their life no matter who they are, maybe now he will be able to have it, rest in peace michael, finally....rest in peace. as your song said "leave me alone"!!!

Jack   July 1st, 2009 9:22 pm ET

AC Jack: Why is CNN focusing on the death of a possibly psychologically unstable musician when three Middle Eastern Countries are in turmoil, and the efforts of thousands of US and Coalition forces are barely even covered during prime time news?

I have nothing against MJ; clearly he was exceptionally talented. However, I have trouble understanding why CNN opts to focus the bulk of its attention on him and relegate a few mere minutes per hour on the truly history-changing events in Iraq and Iran. Oh, by the way...there's also a big operation happening in Afghanistan, in case you missed it. If you want to cover MJ, fine; but lower the percentage of the time that you guys spend on it in favor of reporting to us something pertinent.

Johnny   July 1st, 2009 9:25 pm ET

Did he leave anything for me?

SEAGULL   July 1st, 2009 9:27 pm ET

ENOUGH!!! His will and his children is/are the Jackson family business.....NOT OURS!!!

David   July 1st, 2009 9:28 pm ET

I am tired of Mr Jackson It does not affect me so what difference does his will make or anything else about him.

rmg   July 1st, 2009 9:28 pm ET

Will the estate be able to generate enough income from sales of the Name, music, marketing, etc with out having to sell off items Jackson owns to pay his debts. One article I read this evening is talkin bankruptcy. I would think with the right handling of the assets they could generate enough income to pay off all debts.

Flo   July 1st, 2009 9:30 pm ET

My question is....Is there nothing else going on in the world that CNN has all this time to focus solely on Michael Jackson??

Sidharath Mahay   July 1st, 2009 9:34 pm ET

The scientists need to take DNA samples and clone him.

Debra   July 1st, 2009 9:35 pm ET

I too loved Michael Jackson and have been in tears, i feel very sad by his passing he had so much talent and gave so much of himself to the world. It is time that the world lets him R.I.P. Yes, we his fans bought his music saw his video's and enjoyed all that he had to give to the world, as hard as it is for us to let go we need to let the family mourn his lost. In the end Michael Jackson was someone's son, brother and father. The media did a good job in it's attack of Michael during his trials and behaviors, but if anyone had been living under the eye of the world they too would probably behave in strange ways. Michael was endless hounded by the press he had never been allowed to live as an ordinary person because he wasn't ordinary. The family should not allow the media anywhere close to their sons memorial service or burial, now all of a sudden the media can't get enough of Michael. I am sorry that he didn't have his estate in order and don't believe that the family will be squabbling over his estate or children. Now his children are becoming the focus of the media. I say leave them alone, get on with life people. Let Michael R.I.P.........Michael will never be forgotten his music will live on forever long after any of us is gone

Leon   July 1st, 2009 9:36 pm ET

This is ridiculous. MJ is dead and his last will and testament is between him and the people in the will. This public airing of his will is a moral outrage. Let the man have the peace in death he was denied in life. Stop this debasement of his life.

Erik   July 1st, 2009 9:36 pm ET

Can anyone tell me why I should care about a pedophile freakazoid's life at all ?? Aren't their wars and injustices to cover?? Read a quick bio of Col. Edward McMahon who saved lives in WW II and Korea and then visited injured veterans every year. He then went on to a stellar career in television eventually becomming Johnny Carson's sidekick as well as having shows with Dick Clark. That's a class act. No thanks keep MJ and his BS, thank you.

Dwayne NC   July 1st, 2009 9:41 pm ET

Did they do a DNA test to confirm the identity of the body? The people that created him surely had some back up moldings lying around. Did anyone see Elvis around him lately? Being 500 million in debt is enough to make anyone do something stupid.

Curious Beneficiary   July 1st, 2009 9:42 pm ET

Has any news agency obtained a copy of the documents for the Michael Jackson Family Trust? What is the trust established for? Who are the trustees? All the will does is establish custody of the children and pours over his estate into a trust? After the custody provision, the trust provision is the most important part. I'd be interested to see for whom and what the trust is established.

Julian Maytum   July 1st, 2009 9:46 pm ET

Don't you guys have the least bit of shame going on and on about all this sucking the last cent out of his death you possibly can? What happened to the News portion of CNN? Freedom of the press didn't mean this kind of nonsense.

Sandree Ohh   July 1st, 2009 9:47 pm ET

Who really cares!! Farrah never got the coverage the Jack0 got and she was at least criminal FREE.

Robert   July 1st, 2009 9:48 pm ET

Cherilyn Lee, the nurse who treated Michael Jackson in the months before his death, is claiming that he begged to be injected with the sedative Diprivan, a powerful drug to help him sleep. If she is being truthful, she is violating HIPPA and Michael Jackson's confidentiality. This is illegal and unethical.

Hazel   July 1st, 2009 9:49 pm ET

The media is missing a real story–the devastating psychological effect that his skin disease (vitillago) must have had on him, and how it must have shaped his life. I'm sure he didn't want to talk about it , but I hope that the disease and it physical and psychological effects will be discussed now that he is gone. It would explain many of his behaviors. Perhaps, there are some new treatments for the disease.

Randy Folse, RN   July 1st, 2009 9:49 pm ET

i don't think dr. lee is very credible. being propofol is an IV drug, i don't think it is covered in the PDR. usually only medications taken by mouth are found there.

Theo   July 1st, 2009 9:49 pm ET

Who cares? Seriously, who cares? It affects a very small number of people and they will sort it out, probably after many years in court.

So lets move on shall we? Apparently there is some important stuff going on in Iraq and Afghanistan. WE DON'T CARE ABOUT MICHAEL JACKSON'S WILL! ITS NOT IMPORTANT!

Xavier   July 1st, 2009 9:50 pm ET

I believe the media should leave Michael Jackson's family alone. As for his will, it's nobody's business other than family.

You should be discussing how Obama is about to give this country a good screw with all his programs and outrageous spending!

Joe-So.Cal.   July 1st, 2009 9:53 pm ET

I find it interesting, that those in Jackson's camp especially his attorney Londell McMillan are so adamant about preserving Michael Jackson's legacy, yet extremely defensive when many of his strange and excentric behaviors are sighted. Michael, like all of us, had both positive and negative charestics and so will his legacy; just like Monroe's and Elvi's addiction. I, rather, they all be accurate when judging or speaking about Michael Jackson.

Ann   July 1st, 2009 9:56 pm ET

I agree with SEAGULL... enough. What a lot of people don't realize is that in the african-american culture grandparents are more vital then we think. I don't see what the big deal is about his will and the fact that he didnt leave his ex-wife anything seems to be making news. What man dies and leave his ex-wife something especially since she doesn't have custody of the kids.

Lori Parsons   July 1st, 2009 9:58 pm ET

So, a lot has been made about Debbie Rowe being the mother of Michael's first two children, but why hasn't there been any mention of the mother of Michael's 3rd child, AKA "Blanket?" Who is she?

Alpha and Omega   July 1st, 2009 9:59 pm ET

AC
Inspite of the hoop-la, are concerned about his soul? The dust is for the body. our Soul lives in Eternity Heaven or Eternity Hell.

There is no such place as Pergatory in Eternity. That destination only exists in the annals of catholicism but not in Judea nor Jerusalem Zion's conservatory.

Read the Book of books, did you find Pergatory?

The Way   July 1st, 2009 10:03 pm ET

Love not the body more than the soul. Back to the dust we all must go.
The soul lives on. We should be mindful of where we wish our souls to find eternal rest – Heaven or Hell! It cannot be both – Pergatory only exists in the ideology of catholicism. It is not a sanactioned place by God.
Jesus dealt in absolutes: wrong and right, hot or cold, up or down, in or out. There was and is no middle ground.
I personally want to see Jesus. I thank Him for all He has allowed me to endure and overcome to reign with Him in Eternity.
Certainly, Michael Joseph Jackson, as a Jehovah's Witness, had the same opportunities. Making music was his passion and occupation. However, the manner in which he rendered service to God is in part how he served mankind as well as the type of godly ambassador he became and or was.
May the Lord, Our Creator, have mercy upon our souls.

Dave   July 1st, 2009 10:04 pm ET

Who realy cares about this guy have you all forgot what he did to little boys? And the lives he has runied forever.

STEVEINIOWA   July 1st, 2009 10:05 pm ET

Michael Jackson's Will is horrible on its face. We don't know all of the details of his Will however, naming 3 executors of your estate that have complete control over everything to me is ludicrous because they can dictate who gets what at any time and there are no time frames mentioned i.e. Prince gets X dollars at the age of such and such etc. These 3 will control everything until the end of time. There should be stipulations in the Will that at some point the kids will get complete control over the estate at some point in the future. These 3 Executors and anyone who they assign to be Executors let's not forget can control this Estate forever.

Oregon   July 1st, 2009 10:06 pm ET

In his prime Michael Jackson was an incredible entertainer, his legacy will live on while his death leaves an empty spot in the hearts and minds of many HOWEVER this circus has gone on long enough.
Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, North Korea, the challenges facing the U.S... Let's get back on track with issues we're facing today

Karolina   July 1st, 2009 10:06 pm ET

My question is this: When will the media leave this man alone? Isn't it bad enough it helped bury him?

Sign me deeply saddened by the entire event.

Julian   July 1st, 2009 10:10 pm ET

It is sad that Michael Jackson has died. However aren't there more important newsworthy events happening in the world that should be reported on? This media frenzy is becoming quite disgusting. Let's move on.

Matt   July 1st, 2009 10:12 pm ET

I find it pathetic that there is nothing else going on in the world. Just rehashing non-news over and over and over again. Who really cares about whether or not Michael Jackson included his pet chimp in the will? Is any of this really news? Healthcare in America, Iran, Afghanistan no longer important. But everyone wants to know about who REALLY could be the mother of Michael Jackson's children. Shame on CNN and all of these so called "news" shows. You are doing a disservice to all of us by thinking we are really that stupid.

Lisa   July 1st, 2009 10:13 pm ET

I have a thought that I've not seen in all this hoopla yet or maybe I've missed it by chance...guess we'll all have to wait a few years for it tho:

His children WILL one day have their say in all of this and then I guess we'll all know then what really has been going on in their lives while they grew up with their dad (MJ). Then as Paul Harvey would say (God rest his soul) "Now for the rest of the story" when they become of age....

Lady in TX   July 1st, 2009 10:14 pm ET

AC – I wonder about something. If Michael suffered from insomia/depression, why didn't someone near him like Miko, or Dr. Deepak Chopra, or Elizabeth Taylor, or Diana Ross, or Katherine Jackson, or La Toya, or Janet, Mr. Malnik, Liza Minnelli or any number of people who cared about MJ and surrounded themselves around him, get the proper help for him years ago. I understand about the pain he endured....Rush Limbaugh went through that with prescription drugs, as many others have suffered this disease. Couldn't someone have helped Michael with his depression and insomia?

Steven   July 1st, 2009 10:15 pm ET

-When will his new music be released?
-How do we the people buying the new album insure that the children will recieve the funds and not the money hungry family?
-You dont need a million dollars a year to survive @ the ages of 6-11 right?
-So all this new money should be saved and invested right?
Thanks

P.S. Why will their not be a viewing of MJ'S body @ neverland anymore? Cnn stated their would be a viewing on friday and what did the letter from OBAMA say????? Thanks!

David from PA   July 1st, 2009 10:16 pm ET

I'm so tired of the Michael Jackson coverage. If more people cared as much about really meaningful issues as they seem to care about the death of a celebrity the world would be a better place. Please, CNN, put this story to bed and focus on real news. Let People magazine and EW handle the Jackson story.

No disrespect to M.J., but did the world stop turning when he died. Are you seriously dedicating 24 hours of news to his death? What is going on in Washington? Iran? Iraq? Africa? the rest of America? Is anything else going on in the world? how much of this M.J. crap do we have to listen to? Total redundancy! I'm reminded of Anna Nicole and Terry schaibo, Are you going to be pround of your reporting of this? WTF? I really need the news! PLEASE BECOME A NEWS CHANNEL AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Paramedic   July 1st, 2009 10:25 pm ET

"AC – Why would the Cardiologist that was with Michael do chest compressions when Michael still had a pulse? My understanding of CPR is that if the patient has a pulse you need to focus on maintaining an airway and getting oxegen to them. CPR is to be used whenever the heart is not beating effectively, i.e. if he had a pulse of 20 you would do CPR to make up the difference. Also CPR (Chest compressions) is now the recommended way to assist in cardiac arrest. The previously taught compression and ventilate technique is being phased out by the AHA. The theory is as you compress the chest the ventilation's occur naturally and with a higher oxygen content than your exhaled air. Naloxone otherwise known as Nar-Can only works on "real" opiates and does not work well against synthetic opiates which is what makes up most sleep meds. It would have worked on Demerol but most doctors do not carry Naloxone. It is a street level drug carried by paramedics and ER's. If he was in cardiac arrest chances are he was administered Naloxone.

Hope that helps with that dilemma.

Will Michael Jackson's will finally exonerate him of his child molestation accusation?

Renee Schwartz   July 1st, 2009 10:32 pm ET

AC, It really sickened me to learn that Michael Jackson had died. He was the king of Pop for sure and my whole family will miss him dearly, even though we did not know him personally he was a Mrs. Jacksons son and most importantly those kids father. What a terrible loss for that family. God bless you all and I really believe in my heart that he never was a child molester, I think that he just wanted to make kids happy and I agree with Lisa Marie who said that he was surrounded by leeches SHAME ON THEM ALL.

Olayinka   July 1st, 2009 10:33 pm ET

Don't you/people think that our beloved Michael Jackson would love to be burried at the Neverland Rench; since that's his favorite place?

Plus, people might like that jackson should be burry at the place so they can visit there. I think that the spot where he will be burry in the neverland, will be significant to history.

Purnima Bisht   July 1st, 2009 10:34 pm ET

Michael Jackson was popular and loved all around the world when he was alive. In his death, that love and popularity only grew, so much so that 12 people have apparently commited suicide worldwide (According to Denver's 105.9 FM).
For Gods sake let's not waste our time on raisng a question on who is the father of these three kids ? Let them remain the beloved kids of MJ and leave these kids alone and let them mourn the death of their father, without raising any doubt in their mind, "are we MJ's kids, if not who is our Dad ? This is the most traumatic situation in their life and let's not make it more complicated for these kids. Now raising the question about the biological father after his death is the worst insult the country and the people have given to MJ. The media did its part in ruining MJ's life when alive now even in his death they seem to torment him. Pllease let his soul rest in peace,.. and let his beloved kids remain his kids . I urge to the media, please stop trying to find out a new father for these kids, please.
Let's remember MJ by turning his dream home 'Neverland" as Michael Jackson's Neverland National Museum.

Lisa Williams   July 1st, 2009 10:44 pm ET

Anderson Cooper-I am not believing what I am seeing. I knew it wouldn't be long before a bunch of women came out of the woodwork to claim to be the biological mother of MJ's third child, but to have a man come out and say he is the father of the first two, and to have you spend so much time on someone wanting to get his 15 minutes of fame is just too much. You guys even go so far as to go to their door wanting to get "the scoop". You people are going to do much more damage to those children than any court battle that you keep bringing up is going to happen. The man isn't even buried yet and you go on and on about some "real father". Michael Jackson is the father of those children. So what if it wasn't his sperm. You don't know that to be fact but yet you tell it like its "breaking news." He has raised those children and he is on their birth certificate and that makes Michael Jackson the father. Get off the other crap. You go on and on about his eccentricities but he couldn't even use a urinal without someone reporting it to the world. He's dead, let him rest in peace. He certainly never had any on earth.

Robert Segarra   July 1st, 2009 10:46 pm ET

Michael had a voice that remained the same all his life, it is possible that he got operated not to grow up to be a men and keep his voice and if that is the case he was not able to father any of his children

Phil   July 1st, 2009 10:49 pm ET

I don't give a damm about Jackson, lets move on. We should be talking about how to save our country instead.

JR   July 1st, 2009 10:53 pm ET

Some people close to MJ have said that there might be 2 or 3 more wills floating around, how would that effect the current situation?

JR   July 1st, 2009 10:55 pm ET

What kind of "circus" will Joe turn MJ's memory and Neverland into?

Tracey Stafford   July 1st, 2009 11:21 pm ET

AC Tracey May I ask why no-one can actually follow your instructions? It seemed simple enough...all in plain English, only 3 easy steps...honestly, this whole "question/discussion" disturbs me on so many levels. Jack was the only one to actually get the instructions right, and the only one to have an intelligent question. Thanks Anderson, but next time, find a better topic to discuss!

English Perez   July 1st, 2009 11:23 pm ET

Isn't Michael 51 and not 50? Why doesn't someone else do the math? Is there a legal reason from when he was younger they don't have his age correct?

HJD   July 1st, 2009 11:25 pm ET

Enough already, let the man rest in peace. The 24-7 coverage of his death boarders on the obsered and rediculous. There must be other events that are of importance on a planet of 6.5 billion.

Sherry   July 1st, 2009 11:25 pm ET

I think they should leave the Jackson's family alone. They should let the family bury him where he wanted to be.

m.potts   July 1st, 2009 11:31 pm ET

my question is,will Michael Jackson's will be contested questioning his mental ability?

Kay   July 1st, 2009 11:33 pm ET

It is disgusting to see doctors prescribe whatever patient asks for. Many doctors today are so uncaring and unprofessional .. They only have few minutes to listen to a patient. If only a kind doctor had listened to the late king of pop's problems and had suggested naturopathic medicine, he might still be alive. Doctors just keep filling prescirption after prescription without telling patients the side effects. If they ever find out the doctor responisble for prescribing Michael Jackson the medicine that killed him, they should bring back the death penalty.

Bethany   July 1st, 2009 11:35 pm ET

Did Michael Jackson leave Iran democracy in his will?

Judi-Northern AZ   July 1st, 2009 11:41 pm ET

I was never a great Jackson fan but as a mother, my heart went out to him. When I saw is father, what 2 days after his death, I understood how and why he was what he was. What a shame Joe Jackson still has a place in that family. He is a sad excuse of a father and husband. Wonder what kind of grandfather he is? Michael was a troubled boy, teen and man. When you really examine everything, it's a wonder he was as sane as he was. Let him rest in peace. Let his children continue their lives remembering a father that loved them more than his own life. Let them continue to have as near as normal life as possible. And let's pray they were his biological children that inherited his love of music and dance.

Vivian   July 1st, 2009 11:53 pm ET

A great and genius singer like MJ , will never be replaced and his music will last forever. I am sure that MJ had other people in his hous like servant , nanny, guards,, where were all his staffs , why they didn't mention his name on 911, or calling 911 before he stopped breathing. Reaction was too slow. But we should all beleive in destiny without blaming anybody now, and praying that his soul will rest in peace. Am also curious to know who are his beneficiaries for jis life insurance and what is the death benefit

Judy   July 1st, 2009 11:55 pm ET

We should all quit trying to blame anyone other than Michael for what he did to his own body. We choose what path we will take as we grow older. Michael was an adult, not a child who was forced to take any drugs. We cannot go through life blaming our parents for our own actions once we are old enough to make choices. Michael made his own circus! Hense, the monkey, farris wheel, the children....etc., quit trying to blame the media and his family.....he made his own choices and he damanded the attention by acting "weird"
I am sorry for his family and friends.

joe   July 1st, 2009 11:55 pm ET

Will Joe Jackson entitle to spend any money from M. Jackson's estate since he is Katherine's husband?

lisa   July 1st, 2009 11:59 pm ET

Do you know why there's not going to be a public viewing of Michael Jackson's body at the Neverland ranch?

Oh, btw, my friend thinks you're cute, Andrew. ;D

Leo Moranti   July 2nd, 2009 12:02 am ET

Why was a Dr. giving CPR to him while he was lying on the bed? Wouldnt he know better and move him to the floor or a surface that did not give while giving chest compressions?

Mark Johnson   July 2nd, 2009 12:06 am ET

My comment is........If it ends up to be true that M. Jackson died do to the use of the anesthetic, Prophol (sp?). which is administered by IV.....who then set up the IV? Who inserted the IV in his arm? Who injected the solution?? Who actually gave him the overdose since he could not have done this to imself by himself?????

Has anyone thought of this????

sharon   July 2nd, 2009 12:07 am ET

Nicole, I read where there was not yet a phone in the room of MJ, because he had just moved in. The Dr. found MJ too late to offer a sucess in CPR because even at the hospital they could not revive MJ.
There's a saying when it's your time your'e going, ready or not, all the hairs on our heads are numbered, we know not the hour or day, but then I personally would freak knowing, so it's all well with me. I think MJ knew he was sick in some way because he said this will be it, this iis the final curtain call. In other words no more shows. That is what I keep thinking that MJ said. Perhaps the caller didn't want to alarm MJ when he said, we need an ambulance he's not breathing, the address is all they needed, and hearing is the last to go when you are dying, and they were trying to keep MJ calm. Sad for sure.

Yolonda Tilford   July 2nd, 2009 12:07 am ET

AC- I have one question to ask and that is are the three children really Michael Jackson biological childern? Although his skin changed do not make his genes changed...These kids are 100% white... Knowing how Michael love children, I do not see him donating his sperm knowing he had an condition that could be hereditary. I am concern for the children as they become older..,There will be alot of questions asked...It is not fair to them to live a lie...Don't get me wrong, he was their father but I do not believe he was their biological father...What do you thank? How could he leave his children to Diana Ross if something happens to his mother...His brothers and sisters are very well capable of raising his children..Diana Ross is not a good choice....oh well!!!!!!! I hope the family will fight this matter...

Anthony   July 2nd, 2009 12:10 am ET

May MJ rest in Peace! Also, please leave the residents of Santa Barbara County have their peace and privacy. Neverland, is a very difficult location to have thousand of cars travel since a large part of the roads to get to Neverland from Highway 101 have only two lanes, one lane going each way.
The press, radio, internet and TV have covered the death of MJ befitting the death of a Head of State. I cannot recall more coverage given to any other person in my lifetime.
Here is a suggestion – Place the open casket of MJ on a train and have it travel through the lower 48 States anc charge each person $100.00 admission fee with proceeds going to the local schools districts shich are in need of funds. This would be a true memorial to MJ in heldphing to educate our yourth!

Enough on Michael Jackson's death already! He was an entertainer, not a head of state.

R Paige   July 2nd, 2009 12:28 am ET

Hello i think michael jackson Doctor made a mistake of gaving him the drug,he should own up to it,and the will he made the right decision leave it with peoples he trust will take care his kids.

Jimmy Wood   July 2nd, 2009 12:29 am ET

Did he leave any thing for me? It's Jimmy Wood with a "y", not "ie". JimmY Wood. Check this out Anderson then get back to me. I can be reached at this email.

PS
Please tell Nancy Grace to diversify her portfolio. She needs a much more, how shall I say it....culturally diverse show. Tell Larry the 1950's called and wants the suspenders back he wore last Thursday.

Terri   July 2nd, 2009 12:34 am ET

Let's stop trashing the man. He died. too soon. He was a father, son, brother, friend to many people. The same thing happened to Elvis. Everyone was just waiting to hear the next piece of dirty gossip. Let him rest. Hopefully his family will find the answers to all their questions of what happened that dark Thursday afternoon. We don't need to know, nor are entitled to know. Sit down, put on one of his many CD's and enjoy his music. It's pretty amazing!

Amaiya   July 2nd, 2009 12:41 am ET

I know Michael Jackson loved and trusted his mother enough to entrust his children with her, but how come Michael did not leave his children to Janet as a back up instead of Diana Ross? She's the youngest of the children and is financially stable, she also seems mentally stable as a Jackson is going to be...how come Janet did not get the kids?

Kathleen Lovelady   July 2nd, 2009 12:41 am ET

Re: Katherine Jackson being made guardian of the children. Michael had long ago made accusations of child abuse against his father. Since his parents are still legally married, would that not give Joe Jackson access to Michael's kids? I am also concerned about her age. Those children just lost their only parent. With their new guardian being 79 years old, I am concerned that Katherine will not live long enough to see Michael's youngest child reach his majority. It seems to me that one of Michael's siblings would have been a better choice, with the added benefit that Michael's kids would still have access to their grandmother.

Ponle   July 2nd, 2009 12:48 am ET

Death is not a Karma every body is expected to die at one point..... it is just MJ turn and we all have to deal with it ... and those saying the negative stuff.... how will u feel if people focus on the negative u did instead of the good.... What goes around comes around....so be careful of what you say about the dead.

Dale   July 2nd, 2009 12:59 am ET

I would like to know what difference it makes who the 3 children's biological parents are. Michael Jackson was their father just as would be if he adopted them from an adoption agency. I was under the impression that private invitro and surrogate issues are confidential. When Joe Smith has a child by invitro and dies would his childs biological being come into question???

I feel that these children have suffered a great loss and have a lot to deal with in the day and weeks to come. Why cause them further pain.

mary johnson   July 2nd, 2009 1:12 am ET

Like him or not – I am still very sorry for the Jackson family's loss.
He made a huge impact in crossing lines and bringing people
together in the music industry. Needless to say, he led a very
strange and unusual personal life which mostly consisted
of relationships with very young children. It doesn't mean
that he did anything inappropriate with them despite the
previous charges against him in the past. There are always
plenty of opportunists and gold diggers around a famous
person looking for ways to cash in. However, when I saw
the recent birthday party picture of his children I began to
wonder if these children were ever exploited since they have
never had any real contact with the outside world. How
would they know what is considered normal or not with regard
to physical contact? I have to admit it was a bit strange to see
his fair haired son topless at the birthday party. Before any
permanent custody arrangements are made, I think the court
system should order Jackson's children to be fully examined and interviewed by outside expert top child psychologists to see if there is any evidence of emotional & physical damage due past child sexual abuse within the home. If they find any evidence of sexual abuse
among those children, I believe they should become a ward of the State of California and adopted out with new names to another state to start a new life. Otherwise, there should be joint custody between their white and black grandmothers or grandfathers. It is high time that these children become acquainted with their biological relatives.
And so be it...

jack   July 2nd, 2009 1:21 am ET

anderson– even you have to be getting tired of reporting on jackson– and you actually look like you hate reporting on it. A one day tribute is fine, but this may go on for weeks on your guard. CNN used to be a leader. You and CNN are a joke right now.

Blease Washington   July 2nd, 2009 1:51 am ET

Hello Mr. Anderson,

I find this interesting that when you interviewed the nurse that said Jackson asked her for drugs to help him sleep; that you and Larry King never asked her about (HIPPAA). Its my understanding that you can't talk about a patient's medical information leaving or dead. Now can this woman be charged and if so by who?

Barbara da Graca   July 2nd, 2009 1:53 am ET

First and foremost, MJ's honor as an entertainer is the priority.. he did give to us lots of joy with his presence and unique style.

Personally I felt bad when _ for the first time I spotted his kids _ the first thing that came to my mouth was _ these are not his kids! My mom is brazilian mulatta, my father, French, Spanish, Brazilian white. I am olive skin for Americans but 'Ariel white' for brazilian standards with thick curly hair. Far from a 100 caucasian look, that's for sure! We are seven kids, none has a 100% caucasian neither 100% black ...

Still, I agree::: Those kids are his, MJ's kids, regardless if he opted to have a surrogate mother, surrogate father or whatever,, just a pit that he didn't opt to have his own gorgeous native look _ what a beautiful kid he was! At first I thought the kids masks were to disguise the media attention but now I figure that it was actually a way to disguise the speculation in regard to the kids real paternity... sad that he didn't choose his own and also so many kids already born throught the world willing to be taken care of !!! Well, his choice !!!

Somebody in a previous message somebody highlighted that MJ's hit the jackpot if he had three 'fair skin white kids'.. sorry, I missed that? What type of jackpot is that? I am half everything (as a Latin woman) and very proud of it.. there is no jackpot hidden or clear in being 100% Whatever ... unless you meant in terms of probabilities...

In respect to his kids, I would just refrain from any comments,,, for sure they will hear about it at some point in their lives but I believe the Love And Affection they received from icon MJ was far bigger than the one many biological father ever gave to their own kids.. so true,,, Who Cares??? As we say in Brazil,,, it is not enough to be just 'a father', one needs to 'take part in fatherhood' roles... and apparently MD did it with as much of a style as he did in his pro career... Let's give chances for the 'If' word,, speculations are good but doesn't bring reality,,, maybe he did have vitiligo,, maybe he never died his skin white??? Hard to believe, I agree? But nowadays I find myself very much into the 'I know nothing'! rule...

YESSENIA   July 2nd, 2009 2:38 am ET

BURY HIM ALREADYYYYY!!!!!!! R.I.P MICHAEL....

Kathy Maxwell   July 2nd, 2009 5:00 am ET

No more, no more please on MJ. Just Bury already! Why is this still a lead story? Our daughter age 22, Whitney was scheduled to be a long term Volunteer at Mission Honduras in Las Flores, Honduras from July-December 2009. All Volunteer Activity has been suspended by Mission Honduras until further notice. More please! We are hurriedly attempting to get Whit into a local graduate program. What else are we missing in World News, as CNN is only following a "pedophile drug addict has been" who should have been jailed years ago,I am tired of be ing the money trail and stupidity trail, get it together, please
