June 30th, 2009 8:46 pm ET Hi Anderson, It must be easy to claims these things against a dead man, yeah but when he was alive each one of these people had no problem taking money from him. It seems as though cnn and these people are still using his name from their own benefilt |

June 30th, 2009 9:41 pm ET I love Michael Jackson and I will always think of him. I keep replaying the short video just to see him... I never thought this would happen to him. I wondered how he would be at 60 and me at 50 but never never did I think I would have to say goodbye to The King of Pop this soon. RIP Michael and Blessings to your Family!!! |

June 30th, 2009 10:07 pm ET Question for medical personnel: How long does for an individual's body to get cold from the time of death? It is impossible for a body to become cold after being warm 30 minutes prior. Forsenic Biology 101!!! It takes hours for this process to happen. The doctor is not being truth about how he found Michael in his bedroom. |

June 30th, 2009 10:53 pm ET How exciting that was for those young dancers to have been selected for MJ's show, and how heartbroken they must be that he is gone. I'd like to see some interviews with them and more about their stories and the show that will not be. |

June 30th, 2009 10:54 pm ET OMG, I can't imagine what a thrill it was for those dancers to audition for that show & get cast. WOW, that is just the thing dreams are made of to get to actually dance on the stage with Michael Jackson. Even those of us that are not professionals would simply give anything to have had that chance. It is even harder to imagine how they feel now; |

June 30th, 2009 10:55 pm ET So very sad to watch. How quickly one can be taken from us. Almost tears when MJ walked in to meet the group. The footage of the rehearsals and auditions lead me to believe this would have been a fantastic concert run for Michael. May he rest in peace. |

June 30th, 2009 10:57 pm ET This has affected me a lot more than I thought it would. It's really amazing how 1 person could connect emotionally to people from all over the world in so many differennt languages and cultures. He transcended music and will always be remembered for the genius he was. None of us are perfect and when I think of MJ it will be with a smile and I his music that made you think and feel, something todays artists have no idea of accomplishing. |

June 30th, 2009 10:57 pm ET Thank you for posting this. Michael was a friend and someone I had the distinct honor of working with many years ago (as the star of his film Moonwalker- Katie). June 30th, 2009 10:58 pm ET Hello Anderson – you and Larry King are the bomb!! My thoughts – the nurse with the story that she was contacted because Mike wants the 'sleep' drug is telling the truth – what reason would she hav eto lie? It's obvious that Mike had a drug problem – and that's not negativity – it'sjust fact. And sorry, but I think Marlon Brando's son is not to be trusted, saying that Mike never took drugs. Of course, he's being employed and now paid by the estate. He doesn't have much to say about anything and seems 'dumb', sorry....I'm glad to hear that Joe and Mrs Jackson don't live together – he should not live with those kids. She's a loving spiritual woman, and I know this for a fact. My heart aches after watching the audition video. Words fail me. Karin Contovasilis |

June 30th, 2009 10:59 pm ET I want to ask you one question, this question is for all the media on TV: WHY NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT HIS CHARITIES? We heard everything about his life except that. I love Mickael, I pray for his soul and wish I could go see him on Friday. |

June 30th, 2009 10:59 pm ET Michael Jackson's death is so sad! What a lonely man he must have been!! I am sure that there must be a so called "doctor" out there who is responsible for this. |

June 30th, 2009 10:59 pm ET I can't imagine how these dancers must feel....one moment you're on top of the world knowing that you will be touring with the KING OF POP, and the next minutes it's gone, like a nightmare! I wondered if you have footage of the dancers reactions to Michael's death and the fact that their dream of dancing on tour with Micheal has come to a devastating end. I, for one, am still in a state of shock! |
|
| Allison |
June 30th, 2009 11:00 pm ET What a magical moment for those dancers when Michael first walked into the room to meet them. Can you imagine the thrill of not only being told you were selected to be a dancer for Michael Jackson's final concerts, but then to actually get to meet the man himself and practice with him? I can only imagine how heart-wrenching it was for them when they heard the terrible news. It's actually hard to watch this video, knowing what was to happen just days later. Death came much too soon for our beloved Michael Jackson. |

June 30th, 2009 11:02 pm ET OMG. I was moved to tears to see the dancers from the tour MJ was planning, and Michael meeting them. If it were me, I would have started crying profusely! I still cannot believe Michael is gone. OMG. It's surreal. I've been crying off and on, through all the touching coverage of MJ that has occured. This TOUR was poised to be the best Tour that Michael has ever done. Oh Wow. All the CNN coverage, I have been constantly recording every single nite. Anderson, you have done a great job. Thank You very much. I've enjoyed the entire CNN team from the daily news, to Campbell Brown to you, AC360. The sum total of the coverage made me self reflect to people in my own life - we need to take care of and confront our own friends/family to keep them balanced and from going down paths that could hurt themselves. I think all of us would have wanted to save Michael from what allegedly appears to be drug useage to get some sleep, etc. God Bless You Michael. I love you. I believe you. |

June 30th, 2009 11:03 pm ET I think Michael Jackson was one of the best dancer and singer of all times. I wish i could of met and talked to him that would of been the greatest thing in the world i would of cherised it forever. And who cares what he done in his private life it was his private life noone elses. If he did pass away because of pills that is a terrible and sad tragedy to happen to the man that was well loved throughout the world. And also who cares if those kids were not his real kids to them he was there dad and you do not actually have to be the biological father to be called a Dad . So many biological fathers are not even worth being called a Dad all these killings we are hearing about they were not worth being a Dad. But Michael was there Dad and they loved him as a Dad because he showed them what a FATHER IS .Michael you will always be remembered and loved Linda Taylor |

June 30th, 2009 11:04 pm ET I watched VH1 & MTV Michael Jackson music videos all last weekend, mostly shown without all the comment & breaking tragic after death news. Michael's body of work speaks for him. His work always will be an amazing testament to his own genius, an artistic monument to himself, to us and to our times.....history will enshrine him as are DaVinci, Mozart...........etc. |

June 30th, 2009 11:06 pm ET Anderson, Is his father making a circus out of the fineral with white carriage and having a viewing at Neverland. How shameful....... He deserves more respect and appreciation for the man he was and what he did for the world of entertainment. MJ was a timid man and he really couldn't trust anyone and now it shows with his finances and will, possibly so out of date, from 2003, it will only create more of a circus. I hear that Justin Timberlake has been approached to do the tour in his memory and Madonna has charmed in with a performance on the show also. The dances are already trained and know the routine, it would be in MJ honor to take the show on the road for him and finish the last hurrah. This is a crime the way things are being handled. |

June 30th, 2009 11:06 pm ET Regardless of how people felt/feel about Michael Jackson – and, if they felt he was/wasn't guilty of those things he has been accused of throughout the years. The facts don't change – and, that is that he was never found guilty of any of those accusations and, more importantly no one can refute that this man was truly a NATIONAL TREASURE! And, sadly it took something like this for Americans to come to that realization that only a few were willing to admit while he was alive. I wish for him peace on his journey to heaven. And, for his family I wish for you the strength that it takes to bear the pain and emptiness that you are undoubtedly feeling. I am a Michael Jackson fan and have been more than half of my life. His Legacy will be his music – which knows no boundaries and that it didn't matter if he was black or white – he united all people! Godspeed Michael – We Will Love You and Your Music Forever! |

June 30th, 2009 11:07 pm ET Video is truly too short....I kept replaying it too. It would be wonderful to make a short story on these final rehearsals. Such a great human being, talented beyond description as a singer, dancer, performer....i never believed all the nasty rumours....his father is a beast who robbed him of his childhood and he just loved having kids around him. You can see the love on his face whenever a child was in his arms. MJ you will be missed throughout the world for all time and your music will live on forever! May God grant you eternal rest and finally some peace in His loving arms. Listen to his lyrics....they speak mountains for all to hear! |

June 30th, 2009 11:08 pm ET I think its sad how people are dragging Micheal's name in the ground like this! Why they not talking about how much he helped the poor and needy, helped children all over the world, invited complete strangers in his house so they could feel like they had a chance in life, all the charities he helped, recored songs to help children in africa, or how he would dress up and go in downtown L.A. to give poor people money!! I dont see anybody doing that. I dont see why they are so worried about a will thats not any of their damn business! Or how he kept changing his damn face "And" if he was happy why should we judge him. They need to be talking about how we as people can keep his legancy alive and tell evan more people around the world how Micheal Jackson really is not how the media is portraying him to be. He is a legend and nobody else will top that!! I love you Micheal and hope you can rest and peace!! And to that damn nurse who is lying needs to stop because why would they call her ass after three months....come on now!! She just trying tro get a name!! |

June 30th, 2009 11:09 pm ET Why is it that every time I turn around CNN is reporting so much negativity on Michael Jackson?? I have not heard one reporter from CNN or you news people talk about how Much Money Michael Jackson has given to charity, nor of all the people he has helped in his lifetime. It seems CNN has made it an open season on Michael Jackson, reporting all the negativity and acting as if they are trying to prove that Michael Jackson was a dead beat and nothing. Instead of waiting for the reports to come in from the autopsies, it seems CNN has gone crazy with all these rumors, accusations that have not even been proven. Fine CNN, Just great, all this about a Man that has passed, that had children and a family he has left behind, that is not here to defend himself, bringing all these idiots out of the wood works and you can see that most of them smell money an inch a way from their noses and pockets.. It's really a shame that such a talented innovator as Michael Jackson was, is not given any kind of Respect. |

June 30th, 2009 11:09 pm ET I grew up with Michael born the same year dancing to his music see him rise and people rip him apart. He was way ahead of his time. i never believed the stories about him even to the end. I will always love you Michael rest in peace. |

June 30th, 2009 11:10 pm ET The man just passed away , please let them stop making money out of him ...they ripped him apart when he was alive and they are digging for some more . Let him rest in peace , stop with all these commercial merchandising buying things and labeling it as a Tribute ....Mr. Cooper, if all these artists cared about him so much that they feel the urge to join hands in a tribute concert , they should've stood by him in front of the whole world to prove how innocent he was . The time where he needed them, now he doesnt because he is in a better place. Mr. Cooper, please consider how media speculating of MJ as a bad person during his lifetime and even after his death , wants nothing more than money. Please consider how they used to call him "wako jacko" and now the legacy. These type of things make me ashamed of being part of the human race...its alll about the money! |

June 30th, 2009 11:11 pm ET I wish that those around Michael took better care of him and kept close observation on him. They knew full well that he was not feeling well. I resent that his physician did not immediately call 911. He stated he had his cell phone. I believed home addresses pop up on the screen of the 911 operator once you phone for help. IT MAKES ME SICK THAT THEY ALLOWED THIS VERY VERY SPECIAL AND BEAUTIFUL PERSON DIE. The doctor was negligent and the morons around Michael should have taken immediate action. |

June 30th, 2009 11:11 pm ET Thank you Anderson for your very humane coverage of this weeks events with Michael Jackson. I am a very big fan of yours and admire the discreet and gentle way you cover many of the "Hollywood" type of stories. Please let me say that I, along with many of my friends in Montreal, were disgusted with the way Joe Jackson behabed over the last few days. What was he doing at the BET Awards????Who cares about this abusive man..NOBODY...An 80 year old man accompanied by burly bodyguards, wearing an earring..what is that all about??The bottom line is Michael, he is no longer here, and my memories of him, putting a smie on my face, and a step in my feet when I hear his music will always be ther. He is to me what Frank Sinatra was to my Mom. My deepest and most sincere sympathies go out to Mrs.Jackson, his sisters, Janet, and LaToya, Hs brothers, and most of all to his little "Pumpkins". May Michael be happy with Mr.Fred Astaire. Dyanne |

June 30th, 2009 11:12 pm ET Like the comet shooting across the night-time sky, or the brightest star that's long extinquished light years before you see it, Michael was to be forever young. To have accomplished all that he had, since the age of "5", what more could he have done that would have surpassed his genius talent achievment? We all fear old age, sickness and death...better to go with the audience wanting more. We'll love you forever MJ...the music and videos live on. |

June 30th, 2009 11:16 pm ET I will never forget Michael Jackson he will always be remembered, I grew up with his music loved everything he did, He was not only the greatest dancer, singer, entertainer but a great humman being as well, He was very generouse, full of love, had a beautifull and a wonderful heart, so no matter what the media say I really dont believe anything and he really didnt diserve all that was said about him, he will be missed so much, I just wish now that he is gone to be left alone. June 30th, 2009 11:20 pm ET Let the poor man rest in peace, he had none in his life. Digging up all this craziness is not helping. Do we really need to know all this? Nothing that is going to be found out now will bring him back. Let what is left of his family have the privacy and dignity they are due. He turned into the person he was because so many asked so much of him. May God Bless Michael and fold him into his arms and give him the peace he could not find on this earth. |

June 30th, 2009 11:23 pm ET I just celebrated my 20th birthday on the 24th of june, just a day after i was stunned with this traggic news. I am emotionally devasted not only for me, but the family, especialy his mom, his kids, and especially the millions of fans worldwide who loved and supported MJ, throughout his lifetime! Am from Jamaica, people here jus as everywhere else cant stop talking about his sudden passing. I wish he would have lived to even do one tour, i really wonder how hard it must have been for these dancers to hear the devastating news, i know i surely would have had a panic attack. am still in love with MJ, people like him come around only once in a lifetime, a legend, an icon, a man who broke down many boundaries, a great man, n he is truly missed! I really hope he is finally at rest and his soul may live in peace. I know there will forever be more controversial issues arising as the days go by about his death and so on, but he is gone now, just letthe man be..LOVE YOU Michael! |

June 30th, 2009 11:31 pm ET I have been watching the coverage for the past several days and have lots of thoughts...... I really am wondering why no one has done better with the promotions in London and the upcoming events. why give all the tickets back and lose lots of money??? If I had paid for the ticket because I was this really huge fan I would be thrilled and honored to still go to the event if they did it right..like do an honor night of Michael use his videos do something special and make it awesome!!! in fact use the dancers that have been training for it and let them do a tribute..... come on there has got to be someone out there promoting this that can do right by the fans and also honoring him for his family and kids in a tribute that really shows the legacy he has left.... I can help if they need.........Yea!! thanks for the work you do. |

June 30th, 2009 11:48 pm ET ****** To Everyone that see's this comment and watches Anderson's Broadcast.******* Michael Jackson was the worlds Icon to many. To his family he was family and to his fans were just people that loved his moves in dance and his talent of music. But to me and many others he was a person that gave the world an insite of helping others, and being there for many with his words of his music lyrics. There is no one out there that had Michael Jacksons craft in the way he made his music touch so many around the world. That is why he will be missed forever in all of our heats that Loved Michael Jackson so Much. So Just remember this we all go somewere when our number is up. And the only one that knows of that time that were not spose to be on this earth anymore is the one and only Father we all have in this world . He always knows what we do from the time were born to the time we go away to meet him. God in Heaven Think about it that is for Real. June 30th, 2009 11:52 pm ET Help me here in Wichita, Kansas! I am going crazy with all this negative coverage!! Where are the positive reporters who can find out what charities he has contributed to? June 30th, 2009 11:52 pm ET Michael Jackson was one great human being with extra ordinary talents. We should be so lucky to handle our own lives any better then Michael Jackson handled his. With more love, sensitivity, generosity, and the ability to unit people of the world. This is a great feat for one child, grown into a man with the heart of a child, which was hard to understand but too easy to criticize. I pray for all of his family and hope that Michael can look down and see he was loved beyond all of the drama which makes news. His legacy of his children, music, dance and sole will live on. |

June 30th, 2009 11:56 pm ET The short clips of the auditions are so exciting....and yet leave us with the feeling of wanting more....so much more. I can't imagine the shock or personal heartbreak of each of those dancers. Knowing they had achieved perhaps a dream come true, only to have it end in a horrible nightmare. If only....if only we could see him just one more time. That is always what we think when a loved one passes away, isn't it? if only we could see them, one more time......... |

July 1st, 2009 12:04 am ET One of my favorite songs is "YOU GIVE ME BUTTERFILIES" Michael that is what you are now a butterfly. I can just see you now smiling, spinning, singing, and just laughing up there in those clouds, now you can spread your wings beautifully, and freely with no hurt, judgment, or pain. Michael soar like Peter Pan with one glove in your hand and our hearts in the other. My heart is so, so heavy with deep sadness that you are "GONE TO SOON".. We will keep your memory alive. People need to look at the "MAN IN THE MIRROR" (themselves) and let you finally have some peace. You are the "BADDEST"... And no one could and ever will "ROCK WITH YOU" "YOU ARE NOT ALONE" Michael; we loved "THE WAY YOU MADE US FEEL", from low to high "BLACK OR WHITE". It is a "THRILLER" feeling to watch you perform and that will always stay with me. Our love for you Michael will never "STOP BECAUSE WE DIDN'T GET ENOUGH" Sleep in heavenly peace!!!! Be strong Jackson family your king will live on forever, our love, and prayers are forever with you. "R.I.P. MY KING, MY MAN.. MR. MICHEAL JACKSON" |

July 1st, 2009 12:07 am ET Michael and Janet seemed very close! It would be a wonderful fulfilment of Michael's last dream if Janet Jackson would complete the tour for Michael! I sure hope she will consider this for her brother. How special that would be!!! |

July 1st, 2009 12:17 am ET You know something......I been watching all the news and things that are going on and I can say one thing, Im glad for CNN and the good job they are doing on not bashing him like I seen on other channels. Im not living this morning, noon or night but it is sad. Remember him for his talents and not for what no one is really sure of. But we are sure of one thing, him being the "King of Pop". Daniel Let the man finally rest.......... |

July 1st, 2009 12:20 am ET I have been a fan of Michael since he started as a child. Hugh fan, favorite first song Ben. I am really glad that I could get Cnn tonight . Last night I had to watch the Grace chick and the show after hers because for some reason I could not get CNN on my cable station. God bless the Jackson family and Rest in peace Michael. |

July 1st, 2009 12:21 am ET I agree with Allison's comment on the dancers chosen and all their hard work only to be in the ranks of the unemployed now. It appears that it would have been a fantastic tour. Maybe they can perform for us on "So You Think You Can Dance" which is indicative of the wonderful talent it takes to compete and perform at their level. Prayers and love to Michael's mother and family on the loss of a son and brother. |

July 1st, 2009 12:22 am ET Writing this still does not really allow me to feel the impact of Michael's departure. I haven't cried yet, I am numb. I know the flood gates will open soon. Many Years agoI saw Michael at the Victory Tour in Toronto and since then I have been his girlfriend. (he didn't know it, but I was). Every New Year, I would say "I Love You Michael"; I will continue to say so. To his family, my deepest sympathies, especially to his children. My God continue to be with them. I love you Michael, always and forever. |

July 1st, 2009 12:46 am ET I grew up with Michael because we are only 4 years apart and even my children grew up knowing who he was and what a great entertainer he was. My son who was 8 yrs. old at the time, was very interested in his life and the way he danced and his wonderful kind spirit. He started collecting everything he could get his hands on from magazines to albumns and clothing. He had all kinds of posters on his bedroom wall and he had a t-shirt that stated "I love (with a picture of a heart) Michael Jackson". He would try to do his moonwalk dance with his stocking feet across the floor and it was sooo cute to watch! Now we are all heart broken to loose such a talented man, there will never be another like him, he put everything he had into his music and dance and I really feel that he was most comfortable on stage because he was free to express himself and everyone would stop and listen and watch- WHAT A GIFT HE HAD! We will all miss you and always have a special place in our hearts for you that no one else can fill. Peace and Love to all the Jackson family and may God be with you always. |

July 1st, 2009 12:51 am ET To Michael Jackson- Thank you for the MAGIC, the MEMORIES, and the MUSIC. May you rest in eternal peace. You were such a sweet caring soul that was too sensitive and so misunderstood for this world. You have gone much too soon from us but your legacy will live on and the good that you have done will prevail. My prayers go out to the Jackson family for strength to endure and cope during this difficult time. |

July 1st, 2009 1:06 am ET Why doesn't the family have Michael Jackson's funeral at a big stadium in Los Angeles and then let all the singers and pastors that were close to Michael sing and speak there? It would be the best place for big crowds. They could recreate the "We Are the World" song again. They could also raise money for hunger too. The funeral should be big like James Brown's. This would give closure to the fans. |

July 1st, 2009 1:12 am ET There will never be another Michael Jackson!!!! I grew up with his music but there is truth in a old saying You dont know what you have until it is gone. Michael is a great loss to the music business, I wish I could have met him, and I wish he would of had someone to be there in his time of need, and to hold his hand to comfort him. God be with you Michael. |

July 1st, 2009 1:58 am ET We are all very sad about Michael's passing. It is a tremendous loss, however, even in death-MJ has the enablers around him-passing the buck, not answering the questions, and reminding us that the truth is hard to swallow. Michael's brilliance will always be with us-through his music, his passion for caring and loving others, and most importantly, his ability to transcend all age groups, demographics, and cultures. How could he rehearse the night before and then pass the next morning-something is terribly wrong here. If AEG filmed the last few weeks of rehearsals and they are in the can-then maybe even the visual pictures of MJ will answer some of these questions. I pray for you MJ-May your soul be at peace in a caring place. |

July 1st, 2009 1:59 am ET In the late 70's I studied MJ over and over...as an LA in DC in the mid 80;s I was also dancing at Joy of Motion...it was there I practiced and studied his moves..salient, how did he do that on his toes no toe shoes...I was finally able to do the moon walk but never on Capital Hill, that's for you Anderson |

July 1st, 2009 2:00 am ET The "never will be concert in London" preparation makes deeply sad. The rehearsal sessions are simply, historical. Tears came to my eyes just thinking about all the love, effort, professionalism, art and creativity that was being given from so many people into this magnificent event. It makes me sad that Mike could not give his last brilliant performance. Only God knows the reason....but it makes me very terribly sad anyhow.... |

July 1st, 2009 2:07 am ET Michael Jackson was a gentle loving man with a BIG heart! His love for people and children, as well as the gift of music he brought to this world should be his legacy. Please respect his family during this very difficult time. They are grieving for a father, son, and brother, who they loved dearly. My prays and condolences go out to his friends and family. May GOD take care of Michael, and let him get the peace and love in Heaven that he so dearly deserves! |

July 1st, 2009 2:08 am ET I am sadden by the fall of Michael Jackson, the forever SUPER STAR. He was framed due to his fame by greedy people. Michael was never a child molester, he simply loved children because he missed out on being a child busy entertaining and making a fortune for his family. All he did was trying to make up for what he had missed out on by having children around him, and all he wanted in return was the kind of simple love a child could offer; unfortunately, his good intention was exploited by greedy parents of those innocent childen. In my opinion, Michael was the most misunderstood kind human being. Those late people who are not capable of giving love would not believe Michael's unconditional love for children. I understand how he felt, and I am going to miss him and remember him in my heart like many of his other fans around the world. Michael was only one step away from making a huge come back. |

July 1st, 2009 2:09 am ET My stepson was one of those lucky dancers. We were looking forward to seeing MJ perform again...with an added bonus of seeing my stepson dance with him. Such a loss. RIP Michael. You are greatly missed. Very sad. |

July 1st, 2009 2:34 am ET Michael was blessed by God to sing with great conviction. He was massively talented and matched with a heavenly heart. I am so proud to have heard his voice in my lifetime. I am also just as proud of his international accomplishments, his charity, his grace. My heart hurts right now for his family. Please be sensitive to Michael's children and their sorrow. Being raised by such a celebrity probably had its moments good and bad. Right now....its all bad. Please report with the responsibility of regard to his surviving children. Please remember the pain they are experiencing right now. Michael was the only father and primary parent they had.... period. Some news simply is just not worth reporting. CNN come above this. Report the facts only and move on to other news. |

July 1st, 2009 2:34 am ET I feel so sad about Michael, I love MJ he will be remembered as a star and King of Pop!! like he was. It makes me respect him all the more because the life he had -abuse and being forced to start so young. I really am starting to feel this is what MJ wanted in his own way cuz he was hurting although for the perfomances he was full of life but behind closed doors he was exhausted and maybe felt this was his only way out...I am not sure but I am wondering this you know at one point in his life he did have an addiction to pain killers.. It's an awful thing. I have some understanding with depression and mental illness due to physical, mental and sexual abuse it is something alot of people hide because many do not understand it . For this is why I am thinking maybe ... in a way he felt no other option but medicate. I think Michael is very smart and to be so sucessful after all he has been through says so much for him... He is the King of Pop, thanks for helping create my childhood years.... Love you Michael will never be forgotten..........RIP MJ |

July 1st, 2009 2:40 am ET It still felt like someone has kicked me in the stomach over and over again everytime I think that he is gone. I came in this country in 1983 and woked in a clothing store and remembered Michael Jackson's jacket selling like hot cakes. He became one of my favourite along with Whitney Huston. He reminded me of Ghandi, a very peaceful person. I have never heard a harsh word spoken in public by MJ, he was probably the kindest celebrity, true kindness that came from his heart, not merely to gain publicity, he loved his fans dearly. It is a shame what the media has done to his image. He is dead and they are still beating that horse. A quote from Princess Diana's brother that fits Michael Jackson "Genuine kindness is threatening to those at the other end of the moral spectrum" and "The media has a permanent quest to bring him down" Michael has a one way ticket to heaven who and our lifetime there will never be another MJ. |

July 1st, 2009 3:03 am ET I am not a crazed fan but as a person who grew up listening to the jacksons then micheal (the wall) then janet I respect the family I wish outhers would too. FINALLY being a PARENT: father/ mother is NOT a biological thing, it is a caring thing. To look after, care and the love for a child is what being a parent is all about. I am adopted, my mom didn't give birth to me and she loves me to no end. |

July 1st, 2009 3:10 am ET In the darkest places of my life i was led to Michael Jackson's song the Man in the Mirror which i listened to for at least 21 days while fasting and praying and the words "wanna make a change for once in my life...gave me comfort and revealed to me that change begins with me! I was able to overcome my dark place. To the Jackson family especially Mrs Katherine....remember to look to Jehovah God for your answers...I lost a brother mysteriously (murdered) and a period of a 3 day fast by our family and mainly my mother and I revealed how he was killed....look to your God ..You are spiritual and Michael was as well make time and room and it will be revealed to you what happened and all the hypocrites will be exposed. |

July 1st, 2009 3:12 am ET The ignorance of your audience never ceases to amaze me. "I grew up in the 80s when there was no musician (black musicians) except Michael Jackson" Okay, I'm gonna try not to lose it here. Lady, there have always been "Black musicians." Have you ever heard of James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, and lord knows how many others. If you weren't aware of them it's because you weren't exposed to them or weren't interested in becoming aware of them. Also, Michael Jackson was around before the 80s also, but unfortunately, a lot of people, like yourself, did not realize that until MTV came along. Check out some of the stuff by the Jackson 5; I think it will come as a pleasant surprise to you. |

July 1st, 2009 3:30 am ET I always loved MICHAEL even though I am the same age with JERMAINE. MICHAEL is very special. Everyone of us has flaws so please just be thankful that JOE JACKSON was one of the reasons we had MICHAEL in the first place. The young lady who married MARLON graduated with me. When I was a teen I used to dream of marring MICHAEL JACKSON. I love you MICHAEL, get your rest. |

July 1st, 2009 3:57 am ET I am still stunned by his death. I as a fan, loved him too. I remember seeing him on Ed Sullivan and all other shows when he started. I feel that God took him home so no one would hurt him anymore, It was his time to go home. There were so many people {media and tabloids] that were so ugly to him. These are the cockroaches of the world. The inmates that paid tribute to Michael, have more class and dignity than the tabloids and the media. The cockroaches know who they are. |

July 1st, 2009 7:49 am ET Anderson Cooper and his fellow media coherts keep FALSELY calling Michael's tour a "comeback" tour. The fact is it was to be his FAREWELL tour!!!!!! Listen to Michael's last words regarding the tour! Michael called the tour his "This Is It" tour.....he said it was to be his finale. Furthermore, he purposely set it up at one location for the people to come to him!!! Michael was NOT going to travel around to 50 different locations! Therefore, he would have been able to handle that number of performances with less travel stress! Anderson and CNN need to stop spreading lies and providing a media platform for people who didn't even know him! Enough is enough! |
