Aung San Suu kyi fight for democracy in Burma against the ruling army junta is fairly a very long struggle that has not received any international support. Burma which is a natural rich country with a world high rice production is under an armed rule for many years, in-spite of a long agitation by the local population led by Buddhist monks. Ruling armed forces has a close trading and diplomatic relation with the two neighboring economic giants China and India, was able to crack dawn all agitation for democratic reform in Burma. International society should support the Burmese struggles for democratic reform and cut dawn the diplomatic ties with Burmese ruling army.
