How about splitting the difference; Obama agrees to release some to the questionably detained and replaces them with:

Madoff, Greenspan, Mozillo, Frank, O'Neil, Fuld, Prince, Ebbers, Rigas, Cassano, Killinger, Lewis, Bernanke, Paulson, Spitzer, Blagojevich, McGreevey.

I could go on.

I hope that Obama not only closes this place as one of the first things in his administration but also undoes some of Bush's regulatory changes in the Endangered Species Act and the like that Bush pushed through at the 11th hour so they would be effective before Obama took office. Obama and his administration sure have a lot of fixing to do once they are sworn in.
