Wow! Just saw Tom Cruise twice this week. Once on 360 and now the GG. I know he is a nut but it makes me feel like high school again. Young and stupid.

Yes I saw Happy Go Lucky.

She acted very well in it but it is a film with little plotline so difficult to follow. Funny in places but overall i felt it was disappointing. Depends on your taste.

It seems to me that the producers of this show would have found a way to make it easier for the winners to get on stage to accept awards. How hard could it be? Reposition tables, makes aisles and hire ushers who know the layout..

Also, the foreign film award was given out by a young man whose name escapes me – probably because the focus ended up on his gum chewing. Where are the stage managers who could simply say No – don't do that. How hard can it be? How foolish can a person be who makes his living in front of a camera?

It's interesting that Indian movies with universal appeal are doing well. There was some very good ones prior, though with the release of Bend It Like Beckham and Monsoon Wedding. They also had great cinematography.

Schindler's List is one of the most difficult films I have ever watched and that music makes me cry every time I hear it. But it was also one of the most rewarding films I have ever watched. Every person needs to see that film.

Hi y'all. Just joined. I was actually at the movie theatre seeing, "Doubt." Decent film, great acting. On another note, I worked on Ben Button at WB and let me tell ya, that was an awesome film to work on. Haven't seen it yet, but I hope it does well.

It's a dark black comedy. Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleason are amazing. Surreal at times but funny.

Colin seems either drunk, high or a combination of both. Is he always like that?

I just saw In Bruges and I have to say, I absolutly loved the script! I hated Colin Farrell until I saw him in this. Brenden Gleason was amazing as usual. I highly recommend it, though I like quirky movies, so it was definitely my type.

What's with Colin's head scratching? In need of Head n Shoulders, perhaps?

In Bruges is great but not everybody would like it.

Bruges was okay, too much violence... but the only other nominated movie I've watched, 'burn after... was not at all good!

Xtina, if you're talking to me, yeah i had seen a trailer for In Bruges a long time ago, when I saw Darjeeling Limited, but I just got around to seeing In Bruges the other night. Again, I highly recommend it! It's both intense and hilarious!

In Bruges was violent...but nothing compared to Tropic Thunder...just couldn't go with that one...may it's cause the Mr is a Vietnam Vet so it wasn't at all funny to me. I turned it off long before the TC's role everyone is talking about.
