That is funny... if they did hit the wind turbine I'm sure it was an accident... believe me if they wanted to attack a wind turbine probably wouldn't be high on the list of targets. It just doesn't make a lot of sense, someone just trying to spread rumors.

Could it have been caused by lightening? Maybe the turbine blade is made of poor quality metals or materials. Strange lights in the sky are so commonplace. I doubt that alien beings would have any reason to destroy a wind-turbine, but I don't rule out the possibility that we are not the only intelligent life in the universe. Not everyone who has seen a UFO is a crackpot.

Obviously, like many other sightings, some alien "teenager" had a bit too much Romulan Ale and went for a joy ride in dad's flying saucer and simply had a fender bender. That is assuming flying saucers have fenders. Seriously though, is there other life in the cosmos? Absolutely. Are they coming here? Well, if they can travel faster than the speed of light you would think they could drive in a straight line. I never did understand why anybody would think lights zipping aimlessly around our skies would be controlled by anything intellegent. Think about it.
