employment rate has risenn and will rise some more, and has usual it s the people who will suffer for those mistakes. has for israel - gaza they should be allowed to received weapons or be restricted somehow but i don t think that's possible and where to they get thoses highly efficient weaponery? what israeli fighting for? ad for Who? what are the real reasons? not that protecting the country excuses!
I lost credibily in U.N. as in any coflict where their interest is. they don t do much looks like they have tied hands. Countries should respect what U says but they don t so i wonder why UN got created in the First place? If they wana do something i m sure they could but the point is what is the cost ? it seems that it is always about money as it makes the world go around. This war must be profitable to some people like most wars.
I support President elected Barrack Obama even though all the changes he wants to do cannot be done even though he wants to, there some changes that cannot be made in ceirtain areas and that s the way it always has been with all the presidents before him. But im sure he will do some change but in his own ways somehow, but schedule was made and he has to follow through like others did.

Obama is right to press Congress to get moving. All the
economists agree something must be done.Believe me
as of Jan 20th Americans will be tuned in and they will
no be forgiving of people standing in the way of progress.
We have just seen the results of inaction , Congress needs
a serious reality check. Jobs tops the list of people's concern
not the deficit. Today's unemployment is 7.2 percent and still
rising.

Thanks for the best line I have seen:
Hey Barack, Happy Friday to you too dude. I’ll just go crawl under my rock and die now.

I frankly am starting to feel like we might be our own worst enemy in a recovery - all the doom and gloom does not help.

How about putting it all in perspective. We are not headed for another great depression - far far away from unemployment rates of that time. Instead of comparing total job numbers which is like comparing apples to oranges - compare the percentages - much more relevant.

Hey 93% of Americans in work force are working!!

I don't think that congress should hurry through and pass Obama's stimulus package. They did the hurry up and push through of the bailout of Wall Street and the banks and look what happened with that! They need to go through it and really decide what needs to stay or be changed. While the package may help us it won't entirely stop what is going on in our economy. We are just going to have to ride it out and hopefully it won't be too bad.

All I have to say about Panetta and Blair is that I hope they are fast learners and that they have their running shoes on to hit the ground running cause they'll definitely be needing them!

Of course Hamas doesn't want to stop the fighting. They want to do all that they can to hurt Israel...rather it be physically or to bruise their standing in the world theater! They don't care about their own Palestinian people! If they did they would never have been lobbing rockets into Israel to begin with because they knew Israel had way better bombs and such than they do.

Hey Barack, Happy Friday to you too dude. I’ll just go crawl under my rock and die now.

Thanks Penny, for giving me a laugh first thing in the morning. I know, it shouldn't be funny, but I felt like that for virtually all of 2008.

I think I'll open a box of wine for the show tonight.
