what a joke this is!!!. His visitors can take all the valuble jewels in their handbag if they want . if he ripped people off their life savings doesn't that deserve a more hard hand on his freedom then his luxurious penthouse. That's the reason why we made Jails HELLO!!!!

Why is he out on house arrest? He should be held in leavenworth until his trial no bail . How many lifes has he ruined, how many people will take their own lives after losing everything. This man should not be allowed to be free at all.

It's funny... he moved money around from one client to another... now he is moving jewelry and what-not around hiding it ...lol Uses the same patterns, as most people do. If I were a betting gal, I'd bet Madoff to either run or curl up in a ball and go mental real soon. He doesnt have but a few options. A heart condition could come in very convenient soon.

A theif is a liar and a liar is a theif. One and the same.

Why is it that the SEC didn't have time to watch out for this situation, but they seem to be finding time now?

My goodness! This is getting more and more ridiculous!! How is it that this man is allowed within five feet of anything worth anything? Why haven't his home and possessions been confiscated as evidence? They are illegally gotten goods! This is like allowing a maurijuana grower on bail access to his crops!! Nauseating!!

Madoff has no remorse! His son if CFO and only
reported his COMPANY'S activity until after he took care of himself first. What Cheif Financial Officer of any company does not know what is going on in his own company. PLEASE !!!!

Madoff is not in jail he is still out abusing
assets. His son the CFO is still at the company
directing (or misdirecting) the authorities. wHERE THE MONEY HIDDEN !!!!!!!!!

Their not in jail, have great representation, and the courts let them walk amoung us to continue abusing us, as the people he destoyed commit suicide.
When will this family be put in an jail cell so they can't continue their abuse of asset. The authorities must take possion of all family asset until courts decide to do something. At this point the Madoff are walking among us free on bond. Amazing
