Time for John McCain to turn up the heat
Posted: 11:31 AM ET

Editor’s note: Ed Rollins, who served as political director for President Reagan, is a Republican strategist who was national chairman of former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee’s 2008 presidential campaign.

Ed Rollins
GOP Strategist and Former Huckabee National Campaign Chairman

With four weeks to go till Election Day, the road ahead for John McCain is straight up the side of an ice-covered mountain.

But John McCain, the courageous, self-described maverick of the Senate, has been overcoming obstacles and surviving near-death experiences all his life.

Since announcing his exploratory committee five days after his party’s shellacking in the 2006 midterm elections, John McCain’s campaign has been a roller coaster of ups and downs.

Some of the obstacles he has had to overcome were self-inflicted. Others were placed in his path by a commander in chief who is now tied for the lowest approval rating in history and will certainly break that record before leaving office next January 20.

The only problem is……… we’ve seen this before. If the Repubs can’t win fair and square, they will cheat.

We saw it with Gore and Kerry. Hopefully enough voters remember these tactics so they will not fall for it again. I think Obama is more popular than either Gore or Kerry, so these lame antics will not have much effect.

Tami   October 6th, 2008 11:57 am ET

I am sick and tired of the negative BS. Instead of telling me what is wrong with your opponent how about if you just tell me what you are going to do for ME????

jim   October 6th, 2008 11:58 am ET

Since Barack Hussein Obama has gained in the polls on the recent crisis in the economy. John Sidney Mc Cain has to remind the American peopel of the last economic crisis caused by Jimmy Carter. He has to compare the condition then to now. Obviously there is a big difference. Carter had 21% interest in prime rate, Infaltion was 12%-18% and unemployment was 18% close to a depression at that time. Compare to the current situation Prime rate about 2%?, unemployment 7% and inflation 4-6%. You can see there is no comparison. even my GOOD FRIEND Jack Cafferty would have to agree with me that Carter is the worst president in history. . Jimmy Carter’s campaign was based on Change same as Obama. Both are left wing liberals. He also allowed a terrorist nation to hold Americans hostage for over 400 days. Mc Cain should ask the American people if this is what they want as a president another Jimmy Carter.

Claudette Siar   October 6th, 2008 11:59 am ET

McCain, being a desperate man, has attacked Obama. Enough, at noon today you will be able yo see John McCains’ true connection to out last bank failure, the Keating 5. He was involved in our last bank failure and profited. His Pit-bull has rabies and will try to effect our country. She needs to go home to Alaska and let them investigate her activities as governor. I think McCain just wanted one last change with a young woman and did not care that she is completely incompetent.

Carole   October 6th, 2008 12:08 pm ET

The problem is that McCain keeps burning himself when he tries to turn up the heat and cook up some votes. And now with Sarah in the kitchen too, there is bound to be some conflict over the recipe.

Austin.   October 6th, 2008 12:20 pm ET

It’s despicable what McCain is doing. He has nothing to fall back on, hence the Rhetoric. This isn’t the kind of leadership Americans are looking for. McCain has no clue, no Vision whatsoever for this Country, and he isn’t the individual I would want to represent America around the world.

Vince   October 6th, 2008 12:31 pm ET

How can Senator McCain claim to be an individual of character, yet run one of the most deceptive and misleading campaigns in the history of Presidential campaigns; and given the above, how can he (Senator McCain) make me a believer that he is capable of fixing this broken economy?

Lissa E of NC   October 6th, 2008 1:02 pm ET

Not turn up the heat…turn up the lies and deceit. I think McCain’s new slogan should be: CHANGE…change my mind, change my slogan, change my view, change my association with Bush, change to a campaign of desperation and lies”

The Truth:
Americans getiing short-CHANGED with Palin/Mccain.

Bob   October 6th, 2008 1:04 pm ET

John McCain is one sorry soul. He somehow feels that after two unsuccessful runs for president the job is now owed him and God forbid anyone stand in his way. How stupid of us to prefer someone else. If you can’t win with ideas, throw crap. He is just what this country needs, someone who would throw his mother under the train for a seat in the oval office. I’m sure these sleazy tactics will be well worth the wait should he get elected. He has our best interests in mind

Thomas   October 6th, 2008 1:08 pm ET

Never again will we be taken advantage of ! WINK!

Scheunemann who works for McCain also managed to convince John McCain that Chalabi was “a patriot with the interest of Iraq at heart.” Note that this “Iraqi patriot” has now been disavowed by the Bush administration, judged to be an “agent of influence” of Iran. Chalabi is suspected to have tipped off Iran that the U.S. had broken secret Iranian codes, as well as passing Iraqi government documents to Iranian agents. Back in 2004, the Defense Intelligence Agency concluded that “Iranian intelligence has been manipulating the United States through Chalabi.” Needless to say, none of this speaks very well of Scheunemann’s judgement, or John McCain’s.

It’s the war! It’s the economy ! IT”S BOTH STUPED !

McCain/Palin/Chalabi

jenny   October 6th, 2008 1:22 pm ET

Hello,Mr.Ed Rollins——–IT’s time to stop calling on John McCain to turn up the heat. It’s only lies that he will be able to turn up right now because “IT IS OVER”.John McCain is no MAVERICK,he’s lost the TRUST of the American people.McCain is linked HANDS and FEET with the Republican Party and With Bush,Cheney and Karl Rove. Futher, When he has people like Tucker Bounds and Nancy Eisenhour around him, what do you expect? Finito.

larry   October 6th, 2008 1:25 pm ET

Who vetted Obama? There are supposedly questions regarding his documentation, I wouldn’t take them seriously tho. There’s still obama’s ( and Barney Franks’) $$ connections to Fanny & Freddie as well as ACORN, Penny Pritzker and the Superior Bank scandal. The Chicago politics of obama-Mayor Daly-David Axelrod.
I can see the Keating5 issue with McCain, tho I don’t know if the 4 democrats involved want to go there.

tom cassidy-florida   October 6th, 2008 1:31 pm ET

When the largest of your many houses is made of glass its not a good idea to start throwing rocks!

Lissa E of NC   October 6th, 2008 1:38 pm ET

We all should probably get ready for the “Republican manufactured” terrorist threat. If I were a betting gal (doggone it, but I’m not–will leave the betting to McCain), I would be willing to bet that in about 2 to 3 weeks we will be hearing that we should all be afraid. Heck, they might even throw up an alert (wonder what color? You folks do remember those from the Bush campaign?) McCain knows that he is defeated on the real issues facing the American people….And what do the Republicans resort to when they are desparate? You betchya….FEAR.

penny   October 6th, 2008 2:01 pm ET

“John Mccain & Palin care nothing about The American People. Palin is after money. Mccain is a ride on the OLD TITANIC and Palin is a walk on the BRIDGE TO NO WHERE. She talks about a Ayers as a Terrorist, what about Mccain under Legal scrutiny with the Keating 5. It looks like He was trying to run a scam. He needs to tell his wife to buy him some respect. Furthermore, he only an OLd senile, maniac POW who needs to go AWAY!!

Claudia, Houston, Tx   October 6th, 2008 2:06 pm ET

John McCain is simply not qualified, this isn’t his first time running for president. McCain like Bush has ignored the American people until one day he wakesup and finds out he’s behind in the polls and instead of responding to the economic issues that concern Americans, he and his “playmate” start a distraction of name calling on Obama. Name calling is one of the oldest game in history and it won’t do anything to help the economy just adds more to McCain’s and Palin’s resume of being out of touch.

suki   October 6th, 2008 2:22 pm ET

Mr Rollins - the first thing that McCain must do is stop lying and he needs to tell his VP candidate to do the same thing - he wants to move the conversation away from the economy because he cannot defend his position and has no ideas for the future - no matter how many times his lies are fact checked they are still said over and over again

There is nothing McCain can do now to salvege his pitiful campaign - he has dug this hole by himself and it is too late to for the bulldozer

Megan   October 6th, 2008 2:28 pm ET

It is about time the gloves came off!!!
I think that Obama has been allowed to heave mud for to long without retaliation. Obama has the country under an enchantment, all people can see is his charismatic attitude and nothing else, yah, he is a fine speaker, but all his speeches have nothing behind them. They are just empty promises and nothing more. and all I hear the left say is wake up America, well to them I say you are the ones that need to wake up you are the ones fallowing blindly behind a man with no experience, who plans to raise taxes, and has questionable ties to questionable people. Please see before it is to late that this man will lead this country straight down the tubes

Paula from Ga   October 6th, 2008 2:32 pm ET

The whole lot is at Stake if Warren Buffett doesn’t own it. Helping his good Chum Obama and Company. Your Company will be the one paying the Tabs (TAXES) coming up next few years. They know it. Do you know who will be target by the Democrats pay for their Stupidty. After all Fannie Mae and Freddie was the Babies of the Democrats in The Congress to begin with. That bill isn’t quiet finish, yet. They haven’t with who their friends (Corporate)Left is, who will get the help and the ones who get the Shaft!! Is it your job or mind at stake NOW!!
VOTE FOR MACCAIN AND PALIN!!

Sandra   October 6th, 2008 2:50 pm ET

Thank you Mr. Rollins for asserting that McCain’s ads will backfire on him. Already people are switching chanels during ads. We are sick of this kind of campaigning. He dishonors himself and the people of this country. It just shows how out of touch and desparate he is.

brian in cda   October 6th, 2008 3:22 pm ET

Could you tell me what kind of heat you’re talking about.John McCain ’s campaign has been a failure all along more so with people like Tucker Bounds and Nancy Pfotenhauer and Lisa Sanchez. These three loosers plus McCain and Palin plus Bush,Cheney and Rove will give you DISHONESTY and CORRUPTION.

Dan Stewart   October 6th, 2008 3:25 pm ET

Oh what a surprise, Republicans adopting the tried and tested techniques of lying, cheating, smearing, slandering and bad-mouthing. What a surprise that McCain is going down this road after stating he wouldn’t. McCains claim to be a “maverick’ is absurd, he is a traditional Republican following the tried and tested Rovian techniques in this election. So much for his claim to be running a campaign devoid of this kind of negativity, not really surprising that he has lied once again.

McSham/Phalin - Country Last

Patricia in Ohio   October 6th, 2008 3:34 pm ET

People do stupid things in desperate times. Just by seeing how desperate John McCain is from losing I definitely will not vote for me. That lets me know that he would say or do anything to get in office.

Obama/Biden 2008

Ann--THINKING WOMAN IN OREGON   October 6th, 2008 3:45 pm ET

No one will be at all surprised when McCaina and his pit bull VP running mate will use every old Rovian dirty dancing tactic they can think up to try to pull off a win. However this time around, they aren’t running against someone who has tepid support from the voters. They are running against someone who has both the vision and the integrity to really make a difference. And when you consider that we heard early on from both John and his wife, CIndy, that he would not run a negative campaign, it becomes all the more clear that he is both desperate and dishonest. I pray that his new ‘heels on, gloves off’ tactics will blow up in his face and reveal the person that we are all coming to see: An out of touch, rich, dried up politician, a handmaiden to Bush policies, and a Maverick only in his own imagination. Counting the days, minutes, seconds until he is sent back to Arizona and Ms. Palin gets her sorry behind kicked back to Alaska.

Sue Baxter   October 6th, 2008 3:53 pm ET

Bill Ayres, YOU DON”T GET IT! YOU CAN’T COMPARE APPLES AND ORANGES. You can’t compare Obama’s past with McCain’s past. We know NOTHING about Obama, OBAMA DOES HAS NOT TRACK RECORD. There fore you are comparing apples to oranges when it comes to THEIR PASTS!
McCain has already proven himself, and yes he has made mistakes. BUT - OBAMA HAS NOT PROVEN himself - therefore his association with Ayres his MORE IMPORTANT than any of Mccain’s associations. AND Ayres did “launch” Obama’s Campaign, his very first campaign, get your facts right. CNN just reported today, that Ayres did not start his campaign. It depends upon which campaign you are talking about. AYRES LAUNCHED HIS WHOLE ENTIRE POLITICAL CAREER, in Chicago, he held his very first fund raiser at his house. The Sun Times is prejudiced for the democratic party and everybody here knows that - sourcing them is biased and a bad idea. The Ayres political team has been planning Obama’s career for years and years, from the very beginning! I wouldn’t be too surprised to find out that Ayres has a problem with the Clinton’s!

MIKE LAKE WORTH FLORIDA   October 6th, 2008 3:57 pm ET

I used to think of John McCain as a man of honor. The one thing most of did’nt want to happen is that this election go negative. The country is is in a state of crisis and this is what we get instead of solutions to the problems facing our nation. Shame on you John McCain!!!!!

James W. Routson   October 6th, 2008 4:48 pm ET

Belief should be abandoning the Republican candidate. John McCain continues to throw jab after jab at Barack Obama. Was I the only one watching the presidential debate? McCain wouldn’t look and Sen. Obama, if Sen. McCain doesn’t get it by now then why are people still listening to this incompetent knuckle dragging Neanderthal. Now John has experience, obviously because he’s been on this planet for 72 years. McCain continues to go on about how great he is for this country, wolf in sheep’s clothing anyone?

As far as the financial markets go, some light should be shed. On October 19, 1987 we saw Wall Street collapse. Mr. Carter, Mr. McCain, I don’t really see any difference. Paul Volcker ringing any bells? This already happened to America, and now everyone is worried. Maybe the vast ammount of money we sent over seas, in a country we don’t even belong in might have something to do with it. With the bailout you could give roughly $700,000 to every American 18 and over. Now, I’m 18 going on 19 and I’d like to use a great quote from Rep. Frank Annunzio, the democrat from Chicago to Mr. Volcker “You would make a very excellent prisoner of war, because you wouldn’t tell the enemy a thing.”

Are the american people the enemy? Is the treasurey, the Feds and speculators affraid of the people? Uh oh, its hitting the fan, credit controls aren’t the answer. Reagan messed up the banks and now here we are many years later.

Obama has to win or we’re looking at a Republican divebomb who’s effects on our country will send us even deeper. I’d be glad to get on the phone and start talking to any person, my entire has been dealing with every type of person, with a calm, confident mentality and some swift understandable words the people of this nation will comprehend fully.

Curt T   October 6th, 2008 4:53 pm ET

Ask the American people what they want to hear more about.. do we want to hear more about the economy and the serious issues facing our country or are we going to have to listen to more smear tactics and swiftboating?

Stay on the high road Obama.

Sean (georgia)   October 6th, 2008 5:38 pm ET

I was wanting to know why Cindy Mc Cain hasn’t been questioned about her sister and brother in law that she denied having. Or even the fact that Mc Cain was having extra marital affair with Cindy before he married her. Or even the extra marital affair that Palin had with her husband’s business associate and that she has this WITCH DOCTOR as a Pastor? Why Don’t they talk about her extreme views on religion? Someone please help me to understand these facts.

Pat   October 6th, 2008 5:41 pm ET

@ Sue Baxter For Heaven’s Sake get a grip! This is OLD news . This has been around since befpre Hillary made her first Campaign Stump Speech. It’s been vetted, invesigated and dug into for months and there’s not one iota of concrete evidence. So therefore case closed!

But to set the record straight as I”ve researched this myself and Ayers in no way, shape or form Launched Obama’s Senatorial Campaign and certainly not his WHOLE Political Career! There is report on the man who did launch his career if you’d care to google. Ayers held a meeting at his house that was requested by the lady who was giving up her Senate seat! That’s All. They were members on a Board in Chicago together. That’s All. They haven’t had contact with each other since 2005! If Ayers is such a shady character why the HEY is he a Professor at the Chicago University and the Leader of a Children’s Group? Get the Facts it might keep your Blood Pressure Levels at normal!

Sandra   October 6th, 2008 5:44 pm ET

Apparently nobody on this board notices all of Obamas negative ads and some of them are pretty despicable and full of lies. People should be concerned who Obamas “friends” are.

Tonya   October 6th, 2008 6:03 pm ET

I would like to hear more detail on John McCain’s plan for the economy. I have seen many jobs outsourced to other countries for cheaper labor. As someone working in the IT industry, I have seen several high paying jobs move to India. If John McCain plans to give tax breaks to large corporations in order to create more jobs, can he guarantee that these new jobs will stay in America. I would prefer Barack Obama’s plan, where the tax cut goes directly to me and other Americans making less than $250,000/yr. This seems to be the only guaranteed way to build our economy.

Jeff   October 6th, 2008 6:03 pm ET

I am soooo offended by McCain’s campaign! What message is he trying to send to all the African Americans, Asians, Hispanics, and people of minority background? Just because someone’s name is different, does not make him or her less of an American. The beauty of our country is that we are all in one form or another minorities that help contribute to this beautiful melting pot. There is not a country in the world like us. So the message I got from McCain’s camp today is that if you are not white with a name like Smith or Jones, you can expect to be called a terrorist or un-American. I am officially off the fence with my decision and will make every effort to spread the good word to people that we must elect Barack Obama to be the next president of the United States. We owe this to ourselves and our great nation. America is too down economically to have someone like McCain who is just as dumb as Bush on the economy, and apparantly racist, racist, racist!!!

Nicole in Birmingham   October 6th, 2008 6:29 pm ET

To Jim:

You know on another blog I was “frowned upon” because I mention that most of the people that say these untrue things about Obama are only doing so because they deep down have an issue with him because he is black. Why is it that you made it point to include “Hussein” when you talk about Obama? Is that your way of scaring people? He isn’t one of us! He is the boggeyman! Jim, please don’t worry. He is just a black man. The world isn’t coming to an end. I know you might find it hard to believe but not all black men are criminals! He won’t wear sagging pants and listen to 50 Cent. Everything will be fine.

Our economy & healthcare system are both in the toilet and your homeboy “McCain” just 2 wks ago thought the economy was fundamentally strong and wants to deregulate the healthcare system like the banking system and we all know how that story ended. He is completely out of touch. Obama is the only one willing to talk about the issues but you have a problem with him because of his middle name. Give me break!

Susan   October 6th, 2008 6:37 pm ET

It’s so ironic how a governer who is being investigated for corruption has gone out to try to attack someone elses character. McCain has officially hit rock bottom. He will become an embarassment of the nation when all is done, if not already. I guess he has nothing more to say about the economy and that’s a shame.

Sandra   October 6th, 2008 6:44 pm ET

Tonya-you think Obamas “plans” will bring companies back to the US?? Democrats are NOT good for business. You want businesses to come back and bring jobs? Taxes need to be reduced not raised. Business needs to be encouraged to grow, not leave. What does anyone think Obama will do to bring jobs back? Because he said so!!

Mary V., Salt Lake City, UT   October 6th, 2008 7:12 pm ET

OH YES! McCain and his cronies will throw the kitchen sink at Sen. Obama

You can bet that the Republican-attack-hate-lies machine will be in full swing for the rest of the 29 days!

They can lie.

They can attack.

But the TRUTH IS OUT THERE. We, the People, are not falling for the lies again!

By the way, its VERY telling that …..30%………of McCain’s base thinks that he will lose the election. Why bother to vote?

Karen H   October 6th, 2008 7:15 pm ET

Let’s not forget John McCain’s association with Charles Keating & the Keating 5 Scandel. Do you really want to talk about someone elses’ association McCain? Do you really want to go there? Funny how whenever there is a government bailout necessary, you are in the midst of it all…

Annie Kate   October 6th, 2008 7:42 pm ET

With the bailout, Wall Street plunging, job loses going up, people are just plain scared. Whichever candidate can reassure the voters that this economy can be fixed and a depression averted will catch the voters attention and probably their vote. Negative politics don’t do this - we want to know how our problems are going to be solved, not hear about all the skeletons that may or may not be in someone’s closet.

Annie Kate
Birmingham AL

Claudette Siar   October 6th, 2008 7:42 pm ET

McCain plays change the subject, to avoid the real issue, the ecomony. He attacks Obama, yet he seems to forget his own real history in the keating 5 and does anyone remember the Times published a story suggesting that McCain might have done legislative favors for the clients of the lobbyist, Vicki Iseman, who worked for the firm of Alcalde & Fay? One example it cited were two letters McCain wrote in late 1999 demanding that the Federal Communications Commission act on a long-stalled bid by one of Iseman’s clients, Florida-based Paxson Communications, to purchase a Pittsburgh television station.

Larry L.   October 6th, 2008 7:45 pm ET

It’ so ironic how Democrats can JUSTIFY anything Obama has done in the past, and with who he’s done it with. The word TERRORIST doesn’t mean a thing, even if it’s true, about their man and the next Democratic president. The people that are voting for Obama, for what ever reason, they hate Bush,or they hate the Republicans,or they want change for change sake,NEED to be careful what you wish for ,you just might get it,and if so,you will be the ones that are going to PAY,along with the rest of us.

Obama/Biden politicians working the people

Greg Wollaston   October 6th, 2008 7:57 pm ET

I find it funny that Sarah Palin is pointing a finger at Barak Obama for associating with William Ayers. She called that un-American.The acts that he is accused of commiting happened when Obama was an 8 year old boy. Maybe we should be looking at Gov. Palin’s husband, a member of the Alaska Independence Party. They are advocating that Alaska secede from the United States. You don’t get more un-American than that!

Mark   October 6th, 2008 8:02 pm ET

Hmmm, speaking of associations, let’s not forget McCain’s association with Keating.

dion   October 6th, 2008 8:33 pm ET

he should change the name of his bus to swift boat express instead of straight talk. on that same topic why does he give a good portion of his stump speech before he says “now it’s time for some straight talk folks”. Palins career is going down the drain. to allow herself to be McCains pawn ,and sacrificing her integrity by leading the attack on Obama. you can tell this negativity is taking a toll on her look at the debate that was’nt a wink that was a nervous tic. I think she would do better running by herself.

Wes in Texas   October 6th, 2008 8:39 pm ET

I would’nt let John McCain,or his second wife,in my house. He signed the papers, when he was a pow,he cheated on his first wife, who stayed on her knee’s at church, with there kids, praying for his safe return.John McCain,is a low-life adulterator, and where are his kids, from his first wife.

Victoria from Missouri   October 6th, 2008 8:47 pm ET

I cannot believe the accusations that are being made against the democratic campaign and Barrack Obama. I realize now, how desperate the Republican party is, along with John McCain and Sarah Pailin. They are proven deceitful and will cheat the first chance they get. Is this what we want for our country? Is this what the American people stand for? Well, not me. I will have no part of it.
I’ve seen people saying if they get in office, its time to leave. I cringe at the idea of ever having to leave the land that I love so much. I pray, I dont have to. I’m voting for decency. hard work and honest values, I’m voting for Obama!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sarah Johnson   October 6th, 2008 8:58 pm ET

If racism is the kind of change that Senator McCain thinks we need right now, then I guess he must really be out of touch. I didn’t know maverick meant ignorant imbecile.

Ophelia   October 6th, 2008 10:13 pm ET

Again, McCain just doesn’t get it! Dow under 10,000, people losing their jobs and homes, families falling apart because they cannot afford food, gas, etc, yet McCain thinks we are all foolish enough to overlook all of these things to focus on a so-called meeting Obama had with Ayers at age 8. Shame on you John McCain! I expected more, but obviously I was completely wrong!

John From Arizona   October 6th, 2008 10:16 pm ET

Campaign First, Country Last…….We leaving Michigan and any other state that wants to focus on the issues just because their out of work, healthcare and gas…….Sorry can’t debate the issues, heading back to Washington because all everyone wants to do is talk about the issues. Wait, smear and fear always work and besides the unemployed, healthcare starved, energy drained, children in college, Military serving, tax bailout, American Voter is to stupid to see thru the smoke screen. AND…..if you think Palin was the best choice, wait til you see who we have in mind for Secretary of State…….You remember Mr. Rogers? Impeccable credentials..35 years of building neighborhoods. MR. OBAMA DON’T TAKE DA BAIT.
PS. I Apologize. We actually have some great honest legislators in the Great State of Arizona.

Herb B   October 7th, 2008 12:41 am ET

If I hear one more story about McCain’s war hero irrevelence at tomorrow’s debate, I’m going to vomit. And yes, EVERYONE knows the stupid surge worked, but we should’ve never gone to war in Iraq to begin with! Frankly, I don’t care if my next president is green or pink, as long as I know he has me and my family’s best interest in mind. I just lost my job and a son due to the current administration. Wrong time to be trying to smear Obama Mr. McCain. My family’s needs come before you and your obvious lack of integrity to try to steal an election!

Hylton   October 7th, 2008 1:51 am ET

McCain talk has all been about slander and deception. There’s nothing more for him to say. He needs to take some much needed rest. He looks tired and frustrated.

Daniel Bisso   October 7th, 2008 5:19 am ET

Barrack Obama is like everyone else, a product of their environment. Obama can sit there and condemn McCain for bringing issues of his associations to light, and claim that it shows he doesn’t care about the economy but did anyone stop and think that maybe, just maybe, we have two candidates that really do care about our country. That maybe they care enough to expose the truth about each other and that in the honor of a fair fight, that is okay?
