A maverick struts to their own drum, they are considered somewhat of a rebel. They go against the grain. We may need to keep in mind that we have a 72 year old maverick who has a well documented history of hot headedness, who has had cancer 4 times. He's a war hero and former POW. He's independently wealthy. Makes statements like "bomb-bomb, bomb-bomb, Iran. This maverick could also be a loose cannon. Do we want him near the red button? Do we really trust him to use good judgment? I personnally don't think so. So for all you American voters out there you better take a hard look at your choices. John McCain's time has passed. Obama is the only real choice to get the country turned around. A hotheaded maverick may start World War III I just wanted to make a comment about the term and definition of the word maverick.
