here we go again–if we dont turn away from the past how can we move forward-we need to seat a jury and get the facts of this case in the open -and make certain it's not all black or all white jury- oj take a plead like your homies--save the tax payers-

Yes, OJ did get away with murder. That trial is over and this trial is for an unrelated offense. People just have to look forward and not try to punish him for his past wrong doing in this case. We just have to get over it and move forward.

Whether he was or wasn't guilty of murder (personally I think he was guilty) this is an entirely different matter. The only way for our system of justice to continue to work is to have the ability to objectively judge each case on its own merits.

Just remember, it might be you on trial someday and I'm sure you would expect and pray for the same objectivity. Not for someone to make their decision based on prejudice or a preconceived notion of guilt.

I am looking forward to reading about O.J. Simpson in another 10 years when he tries something else that is shameful and ridiculous. I agree with previous posts about trying him with an unrelated crime. According to a court of law, he is not a murderer. But don't fear, it sounds like he doesn't learn from his previous mistakes very well. O.J. Simpson, crime doesn't pay!
