It also included a wallet card guide to make choices for healthy oceans. It lists Best Choices, Good Alternatives, and seafood to Avoid. I was surprised that some of the seafood we have enjoyed in the past was on the Avoid list, but now we can make better choices in the future. But I do have to ask, is a fish ball from a male fish?
