Here’s a look at some of the stories on our radar for tomorrow:

RAW POLITICS: Sen. Obama will be in Colorado Springs and will be giving a speech in the morning.  Sen. McCain is still in Cartagena, Colombia.

CRIME AND PUNISHMENT: Investment banker, science patron, self-made billionaire, philanthropist and former math teacher Jeffrey Epstein can add a new title to his résumé – convicted sex offender. The Manhattan moneyman appeared in a Florida courthouse where he pleaded guilty to soliciting an underage prostitute.  This yet another example of the rich and powerful falling from grace.  What drives them down this path and ultimately into the ground?

SOLAR POWER HEARING: Senate Commerce and Energy Committee holds a field hearing “to consider the value and examine the progress of electricity generation from concentrating solar power.”

UNLICENSED ABORTION ARREST: Scheduled date of arraignment for Bertha Pinedo Bugarin in San Diego, accused of posing as a doctor to perform abortions.

WORLD'S LONGEST CHAIN OF SHOES ATTEMPT: The National Geographic Kids magazine will attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the world's longest chain of shoes. The shoes than will be recycled through Nike's Reuse-a-Shoe program.

FLAG STOMPING CASE: Scheduled date of hearing for Dan Luker, a former high school teacher charged with public mutilation of the U.S flag. Luker who teaches English as a second language is said to have  be reacting to another teacher throwing a Mexican flag in the garbage.

DMX ANIMAL CRUELTY CASE: Scheduled date of court hearing for rapper DMX, aka Earl Simmons, accused of animal cruelty and drug possession.

What about a look at some of the ways different communities are celebrating the 4th of July? That is always interesting and would be a great break from politics.

Since 360 is supposed to be a serious news show, instead of doing different communities celebrating the 4th of July and yes I know how much the 360 viewers love all the stories to be about Manhattan or the surrounding area, it would be cool to actually see some international news. You know the area that is outside of the 50 states. You know the whole big world out there.

South Africa
England
Europe
South America
The rest of North America
Asia
Italy

Do you have some money in the budget to get one of those globe things, so that you may explore the rest of the world beyond what the suits can see from the top floor of the Time Warner building.

I don't know if it has been covered or not. There has been many sites and info on the internet about a new solution to the gas crisis. There are many websites and youtube videos on HHO gas or its sometimes called water fuel or water4gas. Using eletrolysis to break hydrogen from water and let it flow directly into you car with a kit that can be made by yourself or purchased. There is also a man in Australia with a company called Biosfuel. He has invented a motorcycle that runs off of water. Is this legit or not. I cannot find anything to refute these claims but have seen thousand of blogs and videos that say these things are true. Can this many people be involved in one big hoax. I just cannot believe that it is a hoax. A local news channel ran a story on a guy openning up a shop converting cars using this technology.

It would be great to hear more about what is happening with our soldiers oversees for the fourth of July this weekend. I know its a holiday weekend and all of us want to celebrate our freedom but how can we forget all our soldiers while we are all eating hot dogs and swimming by the pool. Just a thought.

Happy Fourth of July Anderson!

With all due respect to triviality and shoe fetishism, maybe you could throw in a few pieces of real news about looming conflicts in Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, North Korea OR international health and water and education which affects billions every day. Not that we Americans really care all that much about those things, but just to show good journalistic form.

Joe Horn is an US hero. We should thanks him, instead he make him out to a criminal...Shame on us.

He is the type of man I would like to vote for President!

I'll call this comment "WALL-E IS A HYPOCRYTE!" – not sure if you want to cover this in a news short but...
I took my kids to see WALL-E this weekend – a movie that makes a clear statement about our propensity as humans to create and collect junk and fill our planet with trash. So what do they give the kids when we walk into the theater? A cheap silicone watch that does not even work and will surely end up in everyone's garbage can. What message are the Pixar promoters really trying to send? I'd love to see a little coverage of that, and get an explanation from Pixar on the logic behind their choice of promotional material.

At TS

It's no use. Last week more than 450 people responded to Anderson's blog on Zim which indicated to me that people in the USA are really interested and they do care, but very little was covered on AC360. Just not sure that the media in general gets it.

Roy Grimm   July 7th, 2008 12:12 pm ET

Hello Anderson, I'm trying to find the info on your report on HHO fuel. Can you help and are you really using a HHO generator on your suv?

Thanks

Roy
