I am all in favor to providing aid to people who suffer natural disasters but I for the life of me cannot understand providing aid to people who refuse to learn how to farm , control their population and keep their water sources clean. These people that just keep doing the same thing and refuse to do any better or just parisites and wait for a hand out. You may say that is cruel. Look at what we have done to the united states with welfare to people who could work or drug addicts and drunks that want society to keep on doing them this way so they can continue their habits. I feel sorry for children and dsiabled people either physical or mental and I think they should be well cared for and removed from parents who continue this lifestyle. I don't believe drug addiction and alcohol fall in that category as far as I am concerned. In some cases it is better to let mother nature take its course.

It's great to know help is getting to those who need it and things are improving. It seems we move on over here to the next drama du jour and forget that people may take a long time to recover from yesterday's disasters. I'm glad we're being informed of progress being made. It's nice to hear something happy come out of this tragedy.
