It was really nice to see Senator Barack Obama win the state of Wyoming, over the weekend. Obviously, the voters there refused to be sucker punched by the Clinton campaign. Good for them! And the idea floating around that Hillary Clinton, could be Obama’s VP, is absolute lunacy.

That will never happen for obvious reasons! It’s very plain and simple, that Senator Obama wants integrity on his Whitehouse staff, and nothing less than the very best will do.

It is scary that traces of drugs are found in our drinking water. It is a bit sickening too how they get there!! It seems that they would come up with a better filtering system that could get those traces out of the water.

I don’t think that Florida or Michigan should get a do over. They knew what they were doing. And I can’t see that a mail in vote would work at all. How are people going to even know if their vote made it back to be counted!? Someone would still cry foul on that one if they lost!

I can’t believe the junk that Obama’s pastor says. He is supposed to be preaching to bring people together not tear them apart. And his messages are full of hate!! That is not of God at all!! He seems a bit racist to me! How he talks about white rich folks and all. And racism is definitely not of God! And he calls himself a pastor!? If Obama doesn’t agree with everything the pastor says then why does he go there? Seems like he is lying to me!! You hang around the type of people that you are!

I, for one , am a proud Dem. America has got to wake up and do the homework on Obama …..He has done nothing since becoming Senator. He has been absent on so many issues and votes. He has voted present so many times as well …so for him to say that he does what he says in his speeches is just what it is to me …JUST WORDS… The man doesnt know how to make a stand on an issue and America is willing to take that choice to elect someone the nominee of the Dem party whom hasnt proven a thing. If he in fact gets the nominee i will not cast my vote for him . I dont want to look back and say i elected him when he accomplishes nothing. Nice job by the media to make a superstar out of him for doing absolutely nothing. The Republicans will tear him apart. All voters need to do their homework and research this candidate (Obama ) before it is too late. Young voters have no idea how to pick a candidate and its showing. I myself have a brother in law whom is black so its not about race for me or gender its about having someone that knows what they are doing on day one…..And that happens to be Hillary Clinton…. Remember America…. “Mothers Know Best”. Go Hillary.

Mr. Cooper
I enjoy your show and coverage of different news worthy topics. I just wanted to know if you could do a topic on why doesn’t our government just demand that the auto industry upgrade the older vehicles to get 30 plus mpg.,and all new vehicles to get that or better. That would do the energy crisis more good than all the Ethanol Plants going in. Also more use of electric or solar powered vehicles wouldn’t be adding to our environmental pollution. I realize not everyone can use an electric car but alot of people could. I feel the root of our financial problems here in the United States, and especially here in Nebraska, is the cost of energy.Every move we make is either burning gas, diesel, or electricity, and that is reflected at the grocery store, or the repair shop. I feel the rich is getting richer and sadly to say leaning more towards the have and have nots.
If you can’t do a topic on this area, I still want to say I enjoy watching your show.

Thanks,
Gary Kinney

Reality Check   March 10th, 2008 4:01 pm ET

Both Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama need to put aside their personal egos and think that they are asking for the priveledge of leading this country. It’s not about being #1 or #2. (Note to Daschle: Obama and Clinton are BOTH #1 for coming as far as they have!) If they are as passionate about serving this country as they both claim, then they should both declare that they would serve this country in the best capacity they can, even if the other person gets the nomination. I like that Clinton camp has offered this joint ticket - let’s be honest here, if Clinton had said the opposite, you media people would make it a national, outrageous crisis! I like that Obama did not outright say no or yes, just that it’s prematured. If we vote for Clinton, we now know what could be the picture going into November - can’t lose to McCain. Again, with Obama, we don’t know what could be in the cards, should he win. Who will he choose as a running mate? Will this person be a bigger liability for the Dems?

“Native Americans” were the original inhabitants of this land, so any honest discussion about racism should start with the year 1492.

The media can do a lot when it comes to sincerely educating the global community.

Looks like CNN is getting ready to make the first move.
