February 28th, 2008 5:18 pm ET Is Bush so out of touch with reality that he needs to convince himself we are not on the verge of a recession? A downward turn? I guess if you aren’t actually paying your bills yourself or have to buy groceries with your own earned money or a gallon of gas to get you to your job, we may just be in a downward turn. However, for those of us who do have to pay a mortgage, and buy groceries, insurance, gas, etc. we are in pretty bad shape - just getting by. And he HOPES this stimulus package will work? Well, hopefully it work better than the last one passed. That one worked so well, look where it’s gotten us. |

February 28th, 2008 6:05 pm ET Anderson - Excellent program as usual. 360 is a must watch. Please emphasize that if we’re truly seeking transparency, good governance, and “change we can believe in” in Washington, the American people need to ask Mrs. Clinton to release her tax returns, and her husband to release his White House papers. No need to have a “smoking gun” emerge on Wednesday, March 5th, after these decisive sets of primaries. |

February 28th, 2008 7:29 pm ET Don’t you at CNN feel that you’re giving the terrorist a great deal of information on a high target being Prince Harry on the battle field. You guys would give away top secrets on anything just as long as you can make money on it. Shame on you !!! |

February 28th, 2008 7:30 pm ET So is Anderson going to have to come back down to New Orleans to get the local officials to own up to this one, too? I’m not sure if they don’t think he has some sort of gris-gris hex on them or what, but CNN’s coverage appears to be the only thing that remotely holds them accountable around here. I am so glad you are staying on the story of Katrina recovery and in this case remembrance gone awry. When you think the survivors and casualties of this storm can’t be screwed over anymore than they already have, something else always seems to top the last injustice. This is just beyond ridiculous now. |

February 28th, 2008 7:53 pm ET Are we getting used to this senseless crime in our country? Now during all those debates none of the candidates ever mentioned what are they going to do about crime and violence. It is disturbing to read about Detroit, our most miserable city, or about New Orleans our murderous capitol. Everybody goes to French quarter only and feels save. I think that Hillary and Obama should visit those dark corners of our reality and they be amazed how many people live in this horrible places. This should not be ignored. |
